I stayed at this hotel recently, expecting 5-star service, but instead, I encountered shockingly unprofessional behavior from the staff. Upon checking out, I was rudely accused of damaging the TV remote, which had missing arrow buttons. I hadn’t even bothered to report the remote the night before, as I was tired, and it was still functional. However, the front desk employee aggressively claimed that the remote was in perfect condition and suggested I had caused the damage, speaking to me in a disrespectful and accusatory tone. When I politely asked him to lower his voice and address me professionally, his response was, "If I didn’t lower my voice, what would you do?"—a statement that made me feel more like I was dealing with a street gang member than a hotel employee. This type of hostile and unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially at an establishment that claims to be 5-star. As a paying guest, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking a stay here. Customer service should be a top priority in any hotel, especially one that advertises itself as luxurious. A deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism and quality service.

Cozy hotel. Very good location. You can take a small bus front in front of the hotel directly to downtown (maydan) which is a very nice place to go to for shopping, but not for eating. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (2 minutes walking). Rooms are tiny, but clean.

My first time to have seen a hotel not offering an iron!!!furthermore, it asks the tenants to pay for the ironing service! No shower caps !! However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to offer help when needed. Nevertheless, they need to excel their services

No food nor water is allowed in the hotel, and you have to throw in the trash bin under the strict observation of the reception staff. If by any chance you could sneak a water bottle to your room and you forgot to hide it in the locker, then the cleaning staff finds it, you will be called out by the reception with a threatening tone. We have discovered that our clothes were searched in the suitcase by the cleaning staff,, they were looking for food leftovers or water bottles to report.There is no any written policy online instructing guests not to bring water bottles. Reception staff Mr. Burak was very rude with zero people skills. He threatened my wife and daughters with very rude communication skills (child behaviour). There is no way that we will come back to this dungeon!

The reception where so kind and helpful the whole hotel was so cleane and room was perfect .. and the place of hotel was amazing it has sea view and it’s surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants and you have to eat there breakfast bcoz it’s amazing 😍😍
