This is a beautiful French Country Hotel in the heart of Toulouse. Rooms are very spacious, especially by European standards, very clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The service is exceptional, especially the bar staff at aperitif! We look forward to staying here again!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Check in was fast, easy and friendly. The breakfast was great and we hung out at the bar a couple of times and had great drinks and great service. Rooms were extra clean.

Beautiful and clean boutique hotel. Care and attention have been paid from the decor to the variety of L’Occitane amenities and toiletries in the rooms. All staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was amazing, from 10 different kinds of cakes, to eggs, and fruit and pastries. Simply spectacular. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the garden in the morning and evening. The hotel restaurant is quaint for dinner and relaxing. Amazing stay!

We were excited to visit and unfortunately tested positive for COVID. After sending the positive test and calling the hotel to request a credit or refund until we could travel in a few weeks, they decided to keep our $700+ dollars and said we should have canceled the day before (although we just tested positive). Won’t be staying there or recommending to our many traveling friends. It’s not hard to do the right thing.

Booked a reservation at this hotel for 2 nights. The night before we were leaving I tested positive for Covid. They would not refund our money or even offer us a credit. My husband informed them since they wouldn’t refund our stay we’d be coming with Covid, they had no problem with that. Very dangerous that the manager would choose to let someone stay at the hotel with Covid contaminating other guests. Find another hotel for your safety!

Loved our stay here. The hotel is very nice, rooms and bathrooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Overall 10/10 quality.
Garden and pool are excellent, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations around the city.

Located right in the middle of town, can be tricky for parking if you have a car, but otherwise convenient for shopping, bars and restaurants.
Place has a very homely feeling, it was indeed a family home before it was converted into a hotel. Sunday brunch is delicious

This is the most charming, friendly and wonderful hotel. It is up there with my most favourite hotel The Greenwich in Tribeca New York. It has the same relaxed and easy familiar charm. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I could not recommend it enough.

One could have coffee in the room as there where coffee making facilities yet to have in the room it was like room service so one had to pay for it.
