Hotel Natursun

Can't understand the bad reviews. I got the premium room on the 3rd floor. Fab views, great balcony, really comfy bed, great shower, clean, modern. Lovely breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. I thought it was cheap for what I got too. Only slight niggle was occasional bad drain smell. It was raining though

The mangers were so strict. Jacuzzi was freezing, no lock on bathroom door. pool closed too early. food made me puke. bed was broken when j got there and they took 100€ off me for somethinh that costs 7€. i could stay goin but i think i have summarized myself enough. would rather sleep in a bush.

Clean and very basic hotel. Nothing to shout about. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping is excellent. Close to everything you would need such as resturants, beach, supermarkets etc. All within walking distance. No iron or kettle facilities in room. Hotel is away from the hustle and bussal which is nice. No on site resturant but in all honesty with the vast amount of resturants on your doorstep, I would rather try them than hotel food even if they had a resturant. Recommend IL GUSTO as the number one place to eat - food is amazing and staff are friendly. Nice ambience also and the prices are good with large portions. 2nd resturant recommendation is Caribbean beachclub resturant and bar which also serves cocktails both are on the beachfront promenade La Carihuela. Would I stay here again? Yes - it's a brilliant location, staff fab and hotel clean.

A wonderful experience, clean, white and very comfortable, Ive designated this hotel as a home from home. close to everything to fulfill your needs and wants. Breakfast lovely, good choice, friendly staff. I'll be back again and again. 10/10 for the solo traveller.

Stayed here for one night while travelling around Andalusia... Decent hotel for those on a budget with a great breakfast included... Rooms are clean, modern and basic and we had a large balcony with fantastic sea views... Good staff and decent pool area.

I have visited Torremolinos for years, as I’m a kidney dialysis patient and can recieve my treatment three times a week at the clinic in Torremolinos. I have passed this hotel many times on the bus and thought how gorgeous it looked with the pool area on full show as you pass. As I was looking for this years holiday it came up on my search. I booked to stay for 2 weeks 2-16 May. It cost me £1031 bed & breakfast including flights. I arrived on the 2nd of May around 9pm, the taxi dropped me off and you have to enter the hotel by a lift which takes you up one floor. As the lift door open you was directly onto the pool area, wow I thought with all the lights illuminating the pool area as you walked through to reception. At reception I was allocated room 316, my god the room was no bigger than a postage stamp,the glass sliding toilet door was less than 1ft from the bedhead, the bed itself and the bathroom looked clean, but the smell of drains was overwhelming. I opened the patio doors and went out onto the balcony, were you was facing into rundown private properties, it was like a scrapyard with rubble and old used furniture scattered about, there was 2 large dogs in the garden down below, walking about around their own feaces. I went back inside and that’s when I saw all the small flys, I closed the doors and never opened them again, all around the edge of the room was full of dust. The deeper you looked it became apparent that the room wasn’t the best. Anyway after a long day travelling I just had a shower and got into bed which I have to say was really comfortable, as I had to be up at 6.30 for my first dialysis session on Friday. On Friday I went to dialysis and when I came back I spoke to Leo on reception regarding the room, he followed me upto the room but said there wasn’t anything wrong with it. So I just thought I have to grin and bear it, so I went to the supermarket and bought drain cleaner bleach disinfect & air freshener. Then Sunday morning after breakfast I went straight to the pool, the pool area and the pool itself was full of Ants. I actually got the net and got started to get all the dead ants from the pool at which point the receptionist Daniel came out to see what the problem was, I showed him all the dead ants in the pool and the army of ants all around the pool area. He went and got ant traps and spray and sprayed all the area where they were coming from. That’s when I went on a rant with him and told him that the hotel was disgusting I told him about the room and the amount I had paid to stay there. He went inside and then came back and said that I could change rooms on Monday to a room at the front with sea view. Before my holiday I had emailed the hotel to ask if my sister could join me on Sunday for a week, they said yes for an extra 140€, which I thought was reasonable. On the Monday after my dialysis I was given the keys to room 204. Me and my sister got all our things together and moved to the new room. WOW what a diff
