Excellent stay. Couldn't fault anything. Staff were amazing. Rooms Excellent. Food. Lovely. Can't wait to stay again. Highly recommended. Some good acts on of a night. Dancing and singing. They try to get everyone involved. Bar service is nice and quick.

We always use this hotel due to location and excellent package price with EasyJet. The hotel is clean, it is slightly dated, food can be hit and miss but you can’t grumble for the price. We never eat at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and Chiringuitos within an easy walk. The roof top area is lovely, nice to sit and read a book. There is a kettle in the room, take your own tea bags if you’re British, tea bags not nice. There is a good supermarket just at the back entrance of hotel. Also take an extension lead as sockets are limited. You can walk along promenade both ways, is a flat easy walk, Benalmadena 20-30 minutes to the right, Torremollinos old town around the same to your left. Walk up the steps through old part. Taxis are very cost effective. They do offer trips at the hotel but please note we went on the Ronda trip and sat on the bus for 3.5hours each way to spend 3-4 hours in Ronda. The bus makes several stops along the way to collect other passengers, we didn’t find it enjoyable, there are no refreshments on the bus or toilet so make sure you take some food & water with you. When you arrive you literally have 10 minutes to use WC (€0.50) then straight onto tour, which isn’t great, not a lot in Ronda, certainly not worth €70 each (€280 for 4 off us). Also note, we always take our fire stick, you can’t use your fire stick in room, hotel restricts the data useage. A pain if you are stuck in your room in the rain for two days like we were. UK channels are only BBC, Sky and CNN news. DMAX and RTL are all Dutch channels which sometime have English language. UBER taxis on the app are cost effective. Would recommend you visit the market in Malaga, it’s amazing! And Antigua Casa De Guarda (Vinos De Malaga) it’s amazing also. An UBER into Malaga can be anything from €17-€25 each way, or use the bus. Connor on reception is lovely and very helpful. Some others are grumpy. Bar staff lovely. We will continue to use hotel, but you get what you pay for! Most guests are of the elder generation, we are 53, if your young I don’t think this would suit you. There is entertainment at hotel which is again hit and miss.

Honest review! On arrival, there were 2 folk behind the reception, one on the phone and ignored us, we finally got into the room, and found 2 bottles of water, nice touch. The rooftop pool is great, if you could get a bed, Q started at 8:45 but doors not open till 9:30. So you get a bed, nice and relaxing, then the Jazz or classical music gets pumped through the speakers all Day! The food was just ok, must be catering for locals as everything had a sauce of some kind, except the good salad! Streaky bacon and hotdogs. At evening meal, you get to pay for the drinks each night or put it on a tab, two days before leaving we, went out for dinner, the following evening, we were accused of not paying for 2 orange juice the night before, we explained we had not ordered these ever , during our stay but had not eaten in the restaurant that night. On check out, they again tried to make us pay, obviously I didn’t. Don’t get the Tab or if you do scrutinise every purchase! We had a street view and got sun at night time room 419 , at 3;30am they come every second day and empty the bottle bins, 5:30 the dust bins and about 8 something else!!! The location is definitely the best part, right next to loads of restaurants and cafes , the beach is brilliant and cost €7 a bed

Second visit and was not disappointed lovely hotel in a lovely location with very friendly staff. Food was always hot and lots of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Come straight out of the back gate and you have supermarkets shops and the beach Lovely big room over two floors with lots of space for three adults. You can rent pool towels for €10 which you get back when you bring them back and you can change them free once and then for one euro afterwards

My experience was all positive. The rooms were nice, very clean! The balcony’s were very private. Mini bar in room to keep water cool. The sunbed situation that i have seen come up in other reviews.. pool opens at 9.30am if you are there between 9.30 and 10am you will get a sunbed of your choice , we went one day at 11am and got one not many but still got one. The reception staff are helpful especially Connor who helped us with information. We traveled to Malaga one day bus stop 3 min walk and €1.50 to get there. Pool bar food is very good. The area surrounding hotel is lovely with some great tapas places. Overall really happy and will return!

Arrived late in the evening and got into our room, lovely and spacious on two levels and a generous balcony. The bed was very large making it comfortable for both my daughter and myself and mattress more comfortable than I have at home so we got a great sleep xx Breakfast was plentiful and had so many choices it was difficult to choose…..but we managed lol xx Evening meal was the same, lots of different choices and all delicious. My daughter doesn’t eat meat but there were loads of things here that she could have. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and very patient of my stumbling Spanish. The hotel is situated in a great location and we accessed the beach easily from the back gate. Couldn’t get back in that way though as it wouldn’t open with my card but it wasn’t far to go round to the front. We spent a lot of time just lazing up on the roof and dipping in the pool. Recommend getting there around 10 ish or the loungers are gone. I don’t think you could really get more in but despite warnings everywhere people were putting their stuff on loungers and then disappearing for hours. On the last day we were there management came and gathered them all up and took them down to reception, which was fair but caused a bit if argument when those people came back and found their towels gone and the people in their place didn’t know that had happened. Definitely recommend the Sky Bar in the evening. Very under used by guests. It’s open till 12pm and lovely to sit in the quiet with the warm breeze looking out over the rooftops. It had all the makings for cocktails and the bar man lovely. We discovered the old town late into the holiday and wished we had gone sooner. Lots of little shops and interesting things to look at. The station is situated here and is easy to get a train into Malaga to visit museums and shops. We made it to the Picasso museum and was well worth the 13 Euro entry fee. All in all a superb relaxing holiday surrounded by people from all nationalities……mostly Dutch whom we enjoyed watching their good natured support, and win, of their team. I think the whole town was done out in orange that day. (I’m not really a football fan so wasn’t really supporting anyone). Yes, I would return here, there were only a few niggles but you get that everywhere. A wee lick of paint on the woodwork on the balcony (a handle on the outside too. There was a gust of wind and my daughter got stuck outside). Some pictures along the walls of those very long white corridors and a new card system to get in your room as we had to go and get it reprogrammed twice (not that it took reception long but a nuisance when you are on the 4th floor.
