Waterfront Santa Clara Apartments

Bit of a long one but my review is about Waterfront Malaga who manage the property. Thankfully I had my booking cancelled with Airbnb due to Waterfront being an absolute load of rubbish & asking for security deposits, cleaning fees directly when this wasn't mentioned in the overview. Twice I had to refer them to airbnb. In the end the booking was cancelled by airbnb and a full refund issued. If you come across this management company, do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

SANTA CLARA 1 APARTMENT 1328 We arrived at our apartment, the only thing that was nice in it was the view. Stay away from this place and management also. We were greeted with one of the staff who informed us that the shower was not working and the plumber would be with us on Monday, we arrived on the Saturday and it was 30 degrees so we had to wait until Monday to have a shower. The apartment looked clean but when we started to actually look at it, it was far from clean. Mattress in our room was turned upside down and when we flipped it over there were stains on the other side. Mattress protector had not been changed after the last guest and had yellow stains on it. We were unable to walk either side of the bed as there are 2 pillars either side so we had to get I to the bed from the end and climb in. The blinds were dirty. We pulled out the sofa bed so one one of us would sleep in that and this mattress was worse, it had blood stains and black things on the mattress, just so unhygienic, you have no idea. We emailed the company waterfront malaga on Saturdayto say we have no choice but to stay here 1 night but we were leaving on the sunday, Maria who I was told is the manager, she came back with an email on monday at 12.30 midday to say that the shower was fixed and the mattress protector was changed. No mention of the mattress stains and if we would like to come back again to stay as there will be NO REFUND. Absolutely shocking way to run a business. PLEASE DO NOT STAY WITH THEM. THE ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
