Room and the property was very nice . The hotel is located right by the highway , so it can be noisy at times The breakfast is cold cereal coffee , juice an a muffin , nothing special at all The front desk staff is friendly and helpful They don’t do daily housekeeping, you need to ask for towels and trash removal

It was at a great location and the parking being free is a big plus!

ダウンタウンからは遠いですが、ローカルの方の話に寄ると治安がとても良いエリアみたいです。日本人の多いエリアなそうです。

For a 2 day stay it was good. The room was fine, bathroom area was a little cramped due to the wide bathroom door that opens out to the vanity. When opening the refrigerator, had to be careful as it was not secured to the cabinet it was stored in. Overall it was a good stay for a couple of days. Price I paid was supposedly best price offered. Everything is high now in this economy.

I wasn't happy because the continental breakfast is not provided. Some sites states continental breakfast and it wasn't provided. This is why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

The experience was an awesome business trip for LPGA event! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Michelle was extremely helpful with checking in and showing the directions on where to go for the room. Alexander and Rafael were great staff members and I will definitely be back next time in Torrance.

Property is very dirty. We checked in late almost midnight and we were so tired of 16 hours drive. We wanted to take shower, but tabs of shower tub and nobs were brown (corrosion). We wanted to warm out food but no microwave while amenities showing microwave included in all rooms. We only wanted overnight stay, but man this property is not even worth for it. We didnt ask for change of room as we wanted to sleep for few hours before our early morning flight. We spent 140 bucks for cheap old hotel(sorry motel)

Everyone during check in was amazing, I accidentally spilled something in the dining area and got some attitude from one of the workers but overall it was great.

Need some improvement for sound barrier, I saw on the google reviews that said rooms next to the highway tend to be loud so I upgraded to pool view room, however even the basic sound proofing was missing, I could hear next door talking, not even loudly, just normal volume, even my home walls have better sound proof than this.
