Beautiful views, extremely clean, comfy beds. Highly recommended. The steps back up are killer so need to be extremely fit or get a taxi, it’s a beautiful place to stay though.

Great apartment, very clean with everything we needed. Stunning view you would never get bored of, wish we could have stayed longer. Very much needed break made all the better by a great place to stay. Easy check in. Will definitely try to book again.

I have stayed with this company a few times. Expensive for what you get and a lot of 'rules' but the properties were convenient. However, this time because there was a problem with a connection to paying on line. I tried to contact the company, on a number of occasions. Both by phone and email. The management repeatedly failed to return calls, answer emails and generally sort out the problem. When I did finally speak to a 'manager I was informed that the property I had booked had been resold. I suspect because their booking was for a longer period. I was also accused of lying about how often I had contacted them. The Company have been singly unhelpful in any attempts to understand what happened. Their only statement repeatedly was that I needed to rebook another property with them online. Why I would ever want to do this with a company with zero values or customer care. Along the same terrace as Plumlocations there are equally well positioned, better appointed and slightly cheaper alternatives. I do not recommend booking with Plumlocations

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. We initially booked trinity mews due to its location to the centre but was upgraded. Beds were lovely and comfy, including the sofa bed. Nice high ceilings and spacious rooms. 100% would recommend. The views from apartment 14 were stunning.

Lovely place to stay, with one of the best views in Torquay overlooking the Bay. Good location to get to places around the seafront. The owner's communication was great and everything was as described in the well equipped and spcious apartment.
