Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. All amenities are temporary closed due to COVID. Sorry for the inconvenience. According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. - Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $25/night, please inform if you need parking not less than 24 hours prior arrival. There is the paid public parking across the street $30 per 24 hours. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - We offer Travel Crib (for baby 0-18month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit 500 CAD. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building ***Deposit*** All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $200. If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
