WOW!!!! This hotel is the total package of; Awesome, extremely, kind, and considerate employees and that is everyone! From the super happy and helpful Beth (Bethlehem) at the front counter, the cheerful and funny room service gentleman, the sunny and bubbly wait staff in their dining facilities, and of course the all-important behind the scene cleaning staff which kept this hotel the cleanest I have ever seen! The lobby was welcoming, clean (you will read this word a few times in my review), and well-appointed. Check-in was a breeze and Beth got us to our room quickly after traveling for over 12 hours on the train. We were too tired to go out to eat so we called room service. The food was excellent, timely, and plenty of it. The room was spotless, everything was so clean you could feel it when you first entered the modern and beautifully decorated room. The layout was so unique, with plenty of storage, extensive use of glass throughout the room, and, customizable lighting. A huge glass shower with a large overhead rainfall showerhead. The breakfast buffet was great, hot, and filling, and the restaurant was very, very clean and had a great cup of coffee as well! The only issue some people may have is the price. For the area, it was located in and the local attractions just minutes away by walking, well worth the price as you get top value for your money. A 2-minute walk to Union Station Via rail, GO train, and the Pearson train was a bonus. Our go-to hotel for Toronto! Thank you, Beth and the rest of the staff for the best, restful stay. FYI, I am no stranger to hotels whether here or abroad having traveled extensively as a military crewmember as well for our pleasure trips. Stayed in 0 stars to "Dubai" star hotels from cheap to expensive and everything in between.

The worst

Hola, las instalaciones modernas, el servicio y el café de la habitación fueron excelentes. Lo único que no me pareció justo es que tenías que pagar adicional por el parqueadero.

酒店早餐和價位不匹配，實在不怎麼樣，其他還不錯，位置和設施都不錯

酒店位於地鐵Union Station外。無論是從機場，還是從尼亞加拉瀑布坐Go Train回來，這裏都是方便的下榻之處。 有咖啡機和3個膠囊咖啡、刀具。正好在酒店外的超市買西瓜回來。 漂亮的收音機，進門就為我播送着音樂。

We had a great stay, and will definitely be coming back again. The staff are friendly and helpful. The area is central for getting to the transit and walking around the city.

Literally attached to ScotiaBank Arena. A great place to stay if you are attending a Maple Leafs game or other event at the arena.

BEST location if your going to the ACC for an event or game. A few homeless/panhandlers hanging around, but they were all nice, never felt un-safe. Easy parking, typical overpriced because of event pricing. but very convenient. Lobby is clean, safe, and inviting. on-site full grocery store, and many places to eat, however most closed "early" only found one bar/restaurant open a block away which was still serving food till midnight.

Very wonderful staff, very accommodating, The accessible room was very well designed to accommodate my physical needs.

It was outstanding all the way around and super super convenient for attending anything at the Scotiabank Arena

The gorgeous hotel is extremely close to literally everything that was planned. The transit system is amazing. I used an Uber twice and that was for the airport which was less than 20 mins. Professional customer service, top notched. Le Germain hotel is now, my official home away from home. See you, August 2024.
