This stay was so disappointing, the apartment was nice with a view, but the trains that ran by every half hour were soo loud. The apartment was philthy, the dishes were dirty in cupboards , the sheets stunk like b.o, the laundry machine wouldn’t dry our clothes, which conformed the dirty sheets. This made us late to check out, where the cleaner was super aggressive and threatened to call police on us, the host msged us threatening to keep our deposit. Luckily the team at trip.com understood our situation and ensured that we would be receiving our full $300 deposit back! The bathroom was disturbing the tub was NOT clean and mildew was everywhere , I had to break out the tilex and rubbergloves just so we could shower. No we will not be staying with this company again. Right and the apartment was stuck on a staggering 86 degrees, the coolest it got was 82 with the door open the entire stay. We barely got any sleep because of this🥵😡🤬

This place is scam. I booked an elite penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms/sleeps 9 and got a 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4. It has been over a month and they have not yet refunded my deposit. When i checked in they said they said they didn't have the apartment i booked so they gave me a two bedroom double bed room yet i paid for a larger apartment. ******* not able to help at all. Beware of this place

This place is not a hotel. It gets a 0 star rating. They are misleading people to think it’s a hotel on *******. I did not even check in at this place and made arrangements to stay at another hotel near by. Apparently, it is an Airbnb. I visited from the USA. The rooms are advertised as “hotel rooms” with WiFi and all standard amenities that regular hotels offer. However, when I went there to check in, it was confusing, the front desk has a security personnel and he said “this building is a condo and NOT A HOTEL.” I was very confused and did not know what was going on, then I discovered there was a number on my ******* itinerary and I got in touch with a property agent name Mark. He said WiFi in the property was not working and they have another location where I can stay and will have WiFi access. But I did not feel safe staying in a different location than what was advertised. So, I humbly requested if I can get my money back. Mark agreed to refund me fully and I agreed I will wait for my refund and not report this property to *******. However, I never received my refund. I called the property multiple times, I messaged them as well as text but no one responded. They took $774.19 from me and now avoiding my inquiries. I have never experienced such a terrible service from any place. I am not sure how they are able to get away with this, especially since I did not even check in to stay. They literally scammed me and took my money. I am waiting for someone from this property to have some decency to reply to my inquiries and to give a full refund.
