Blue Dreams Resort

Pros: The resort was really nice and the staff were really friendly! Additionally, there was a large selection of food and drinks to choose from, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The facilities were also amazing. There is access to a private beach, with many sun loungers and multiple separate deck areas too (if you don’t prefer somewhere sandy!). The entertainment team are sure to host many events nightly also, so there is plenty to do on sight such as: live music, darts competitions, bingo etc. Cons: In terms of the rooms overall cleanliness, it was clear to see that there were numerous water marks and stains on the cabinets, mirrors and in the bathroom. When housekeeping would arrive, it would seem as though they were only replacing bed linen and re-stocking towels (as opposed to vacuuming, mopping or wiping surfaces). On another note, one member of the entertainment staff (Hilal) was overly flirtatious and inappropriate (towards my partner) - both of which made my boyfriend and I extremely uncomfortable. So if you’re planning on travelling here as a couple, probably take note of this and be conscious of your surroundings.

great service, the non-alcoholic drinks were great, colorful, delicious. I recommend the entire service. everyone makes sure you feel good here. Food all day long, various cuisines, delicious taste. The men from the pool bar create miracles. ( best regards For Hasan Haktan zarina and Devrim)

We had the best holiday there! Food was great, the view is amazing!! Live music really great . I know some people complaining about staff don’t speak good English, but if you go to their country so please learn a few words in other language or please don’t complain. Also all inclusive it was much better than other hotels. They have many fridges with water , sprite, Pepsi and Fanta. Other hotels usually have only bottles of water.

I’m UK based and so when I think of 5 star I think of The Savoy and hotels like this, if this is what you are thinking for this hotel, think again, it comes no where near any type of luxury. This place is more like a 3 star at most and is definitely catered towards Eastern Europeans as they are the biggest clientele. The food is not great for choice and there are no options for children bar fries and spaghetti every night. The pools are nice and there is a little beach It’s not the cleanest hotel: Cleaning of rooms is hit and miss and most days I ended up cleaning the room myself with cleaning wipes and floor cloths. This is not a place for families with younger children (under 4) or those who struggle with mobility: if you are using prams/ walking aids be warned there are lots of stairs and steps and using lifts is a nightmare: there is one lift to cater for over 600 rooms in one section!! The resort is spread out too, there was some walk ways and paths but you have to go on a hike to use them, in extreme heat pushing prams.. not ideal. There is ice-cream served at the infinity pool For an hour each day. There is a kids club for over 4’s .. if your child is younger you have to stay with them . They seem To have a lot a rules for such young kids .. my kids got play doh for example and were allowed one colour each and explicitly told not to mix the colours there is a kiddie disco at night xx Would I come here again, probably not.

We’ve had a great time there. The view is amazing! Food was great , staff really helpful even they don’t speak good English, but we came to their country. They have tried all the best you have a good time. All inclusive was much better than other hotel. You can grab a water, peppsi, sprite, fanta from fridges. Also alcohol was better . They have whiskey Jonny walker and bottle beer, many hotels have tap beer. Really recommend this hotel

I would definitely recommend this place. Amazing staff, especially Hilal from animation, Hasan, Devrim and Haktan from sunset bar. We didn’t want to leave at all . We would happily comeback again. Lots of entertainment for all age groups. Food is amazing. Lots of sun lounges. They clean rooms every day also everywhere is spotless. Again most importantly staff is amazing

We arrived 3 hours before our check-in date and a woman and a short old man forced us to pay an extra 200 euros for the three hours and they said that if we don't pay we have to leave the hotel. we were given a room that felt like an unused room that contained bugs and smelled bad. we paid 200 euros for a room which was a bad room for only 3 hours which did not include either breakfast or lunch or dinner because the day was already over. while we had paid for a week before. we asked another staff to change the room and the next day we got another room. Another negative thing was that they don't care about guests who are allergic to cigarette (Cig) smoke. they have given the freedom to guests to smoke everywhere. cig ashtrays are everywhere and with this the hotel confirms that everyone is allowed to smoke. guests also smoked at the dining table in a common area while we were eating. it was a piano that children and adults could use indefinitely without worrying about times. children and ignorant people played in the middle of the night between 00:00 to 4:00-5:00 in the morning and disturbed other guests and hotel staff did not care at all. The gym was right by the drain and smelled of poo when you passed the gym, you would vomit. in terms of positive description, it was room cleaning that was done every day. food service was good and the staff for food and drink service were pleasant and respectful. The hotel is definitely not 5 star. it's closer to 3 star. do not choose this hotel if you are allergic to cigarettes smoke because hotel is prepared for smokers and they smoke in public place and everywhere. if you arrive earlier than the check-in time / date you have to pay extra otherwise you have to leave the hotel even in the middle of the night. you must not stay in the lobby and wait. they only think about money completely inhumanely.
