Duja Bodrum

Çok eğlendik güldük. Hersek mükemmeldi temizlik çok iyi idi. Bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye sürekli soruldu. Ekip olarak çok iyiler. Bazen yoğunluk olabiliyor ama o kadarı normal karşılanabilir.

Text: Just got back from a fantastic family Holliday .2 kids ages 12,they loved it .We were very sceptical about booking after reading bad reviews.We had a room in the hotel with a sea view ,room was clean and big enough for us all.When we arrived you have beautiful view .Found our way around easily.On the first day we all had a Turkish bath which was really nice.We booked the boat trip with the man by the beach ,great value £120 doe all of us with food and was a great day out.We did the jet ski €100 for half an hr which both kids had 15 mins each .We loved the pool bar and the Starbucks guy azar was just the best ,we found all the staff really nice and they work really hard to accommodate you , when we went for dinner ,if it was busy and tables havnt been cleaned we still sat down and they were quick to clean them or you just ask and they do it .some People moan about this but u only have to ask .We didn’t use the ala carte as we found the food really nice I just walked around the stations where I didn’t require anything ,no need to wait on the.Again ask politely for cutlery and drinks and they will bring them.kids went to slides once as they were away from the main pool so didn’t go again ,they liked the amusement arcade.Loved the pool entertainment and joined in most days .Only watched a few shows at night .On the whole we loved our Holliday and found a week was not long enough..We didn’t go round looking for faults in this hotel.always saw a lady cleaning. and wiping rails down .lots of sun loungers and only went down early if wanted a specific spot by the pool ,we met some lovely people who were also english..We got the bus into Bodrum which was around £4.5o return .kids went free ,took around ten mins .We would definitely consider going back .Dont be put off by reviews .

Everything was perfect from the day we arrived to the day we left. The villa is spacious, cleaned daily. The whole complex is enveloped in nature Kind hosts, excellent bartenders, cool managers, fabulous spa, the beach, the entertainment, everything …

What can I say about Duja Bodrum? Firstly I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are unbelievable, the hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful and spotlessly clean. The views here are to die for. The food is fantastic and the entertainment is great too. The staff here go miles above and beyond in every situation. This is our second time visiting and while being on holiday here, we have booked to come again in October 2025. While here, we have also enjoyed parasailing and have had the children’s photos taken by the very talented Tolga (he has the patience of a saint with the boys) We would like to say a very special thank you to Murat, Sinan, Birgül, Mehmet and to all of the other staff that have made our holiday so perfect sorry I can’t name you all! Can’t wait to be back next year ❤️

We went to our annual holiday to Duna Bodrum Hotel and we’ve had one of the best experiences. The food, pools, the staff are amazing here. Entertainment team is doing a great job with all the fun activities everyday and on the weekends. Beach is clean. Our room was clean and cleaned almost everyday as well as mini fridge with it’s contents. Food here is also very tasty and on point

Duja was a grate hotel in Bodrum,Turkey.I liked the houses so much and the workers were so kind,I suggest to go there.The food was so good and the pool was amazing.The aquapark had amazing slides and the pool was clean and greate.The pool bar was good and I liked the drinks

I LOVE Turkey, have been multiple times and stayed in many different areas. I have also stayed in budget to 5 star hotels in other countries too. I can assure you this is not a 5 star hotel. I have no idea how they got that rating, but don't be fooled. If you've stayed at 5 star hotels before, you will know this isn't, it's a 3 star at best. So, we arrived after midnight and were dropped at the gate. Was called for a buggy. Waited a long time. Buggy arrived and something sharp hurt my leg but it was dark and I didn't see what. The operations manager, who was lovely took us to the food hall and said we could eat. There was a small selection of odd leftovers available. Went back to reception and checked in. Lots of people waiting and just one staff. At a first tired glance the hotel looked nice. Explained we were vegan and that I sent an email before our stay in the hope of food guidance. No one replied to my email. Stated I have intolerance to dairy. He didn't seem interested and sent us for another buggy to our room. Our room was a village room. Very dated with bad decor and lots of repairs that needed doing. It was pretty clean and nice to have a mini bar of cold drinks. Next day we asked reception for a hotel map, couldn't understand us and told us to look in the lift, nothing in there?! We asked several people where to find a hotel map and entertainment schedule, no one spoke English. Food labels are terrible. Nothing is fully listed, just states what the item is, such as Russian Salad, Turkish Stew etc. Often mixed up. No plant milks, butter, yoghurts etc, took an hour to ask and them for Soya milk, even though it's the same word in Turkish. This was our breakfast run every day. That sharp thing on the buggy, turned into a painful graze and bruise. Meal times were horrendous. You'd think you'd entered a place where people hadn't eaten for months. Pushing, shoving, long queues, jumping in, filthy tables & chairs, dirty plates left on tables, no cutlery, if you could find a table you were lucky. We had to clean & clear tables ourselves! The drinks system was ridiculous. You couldn't get them yourself like other all inclusives, you had to queue again and request them. Over worked rude staff everywhere that couldn't speak English. No one ever said Hello, Good morning, good evening, nothing. We tried in Turkish too. We would head down to dinner later to try and avoid the mayhem but then you'd find fish in salads or meat in 'vegetables' as it was so messy. Unless you were Turkish or had a lot of money - they got waited on hand and foot, table service and long chats, you are disregarded. Also, lots of management men grouped together at tables felt very uncomfortable. I lived off salad, rice and chips as there is little suitable for vegans. You'd be fine as a vegetarian but food is pretty repetitive. There were zero desserts for us, just fruit. One evening I was shoved into a table and acquired another bruise. Greedy rude people. Lovely hotel with great views. Staff are magnificent, free mini bar, WiFi and safe. Decent enough food, lovely homemade bread everyday. Plenty of thongs to do around the complex. Look out for the wild boar walking around. Boat trip was decent and the guy at Starbucks is brilliant but could do with some help

The wine is very ordinary/unpleasant and you couldn’t stay there with mobility issues. Apart from those two things, it is a consistently excellent hotel. I must mention the staff who are brilliant and can’t do enough for you. Mini disco lady is amazing and even says hello to the children around the hotel. Cleaning staff are excellent and tireless. Good is exceptional. Someone has put a lot of thought into the little things that make a stay wonderful.
