The front-desk ladies at reception have such dedication to using good English and made our check-in experience even more memorable with juice. She's so professional to show ********* guests regulation in traditional Chinese. Smart gesture! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. The onsen facility (with SAUNA!) is awesome. It not only cares about guests' privacy and provides great beauty amenities such as facial cream. The room is clean, spacious and nice. At the corridor, you can open your large suitcase effortlessly near the closet. Not on the floor!! So great! Highly recommended place to stay overnight at CTS airport. Some may say it's a bit far from the domestic terminal and that's what I love the most!! The tranquility!!

Located near the arrival of the International airport. When the lift opened, hotel staff greeted us and helped us to reception to check in. We were served with a nice melon drink. He brought our luggage to our room and explained all the functions of the electronic system. Once we entered a large room, the blinds automatically drew up. There's a shower and bathtub separately. The beds are super comfortable. The hotel Onsen is modern, clean, huge, and luxurious. I look forward to staying here again.

Everything in this hotel exudes class. Even the amenities and bedroom slippers etc are all high class and new. Highly recommend for families arriving late at night to stay before travelling the next day.
Staff friendly and speak good English. Even escort you to the room. Free onsen as well!

The room is so spacious and tidy. Very good is if you have early morning flight. Just 3 minutes walk to check-in counter. Staffs are so polite and helpful.

Great hotel for an overnight stay by the airport. Easy access near the international side, short 7 minutes walk to the domestic end. Very convenient if you arrive late like us into Sapporo, or have an early flight to catch the very next day. The mall attached to it is great for food options - you can have breakfast with multiple options.

Really a peace of mind to stay here before fly. Love the modern design and super welcoming atmosphere. Onsen bath is so relaxing, can see sunrise from room window.This hotel makes me want to come back Hokkaido again.

The staff are amazing,they speak English fluently and gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. They were super helpful providing information about the airport and the hotel. They were very nice to bring the trolley for us in front of our rooms in The morning . The room n onsen is so beautiful and clean and I love the art work along the hallway to the rooms. We love this hotel and extremely recommend this place.
