We forget the make up bags and perfumes there, trying to reach out to the hotel through the application message, but the only thing they can help is telling me to just directly call, and I have to pay the international health fees by myself.  in today’s world where we have Internet why we cannot just text a message? and get the problem solved. Awful

The consistent theme of the music of Bach extends throughout the property, from the ambient music to the colour schemes of the decor - very comfortable in our opinion. Rooms are typical Tokyo sized which is alittle on the smaller side but are well laid out, clean and comfortable. Location is great, just minutes from Higashi-Ginza station, as well as the main shopping belts in Ginza. There are 3 convenience stores within 2 mins from the front entrance so plenty of options if you need some snacks or drinks in a pinch. Breakfast at the restaurant was also good, with a rotational menu to ensure variety. Great service from the team there, always meeting us with a smile in the morning and willing to accommodate our requests. Special shoutout to the impeccable service from the Front Desk, assisting us with constant deliveries as well as helping us to make last minute reservations with restaurants. Amazing support given the language barrier but they were always putting in the extra mile to help us resolve any of our queries or problems. Would definitely recommend!
