Căn phòng rất nhỏ, không có khoảng trống giữa hai chiếc giường đơn cạnh nhau. Không có bàn cạnh giường ngủ, điều này hoàn toàn không phù hợp với bức ảnh. Hai chiếc vali không thể đặt được khi đi ngủ. bước vào phòng. Tủ lạnh không đựng được gì ngoài 2 chai nước. Ở lại 4 đêm liên tiếp và họ đưa cho tôi 5 chiếc dép sau khi dọn dẹp vào ngày thứ hai. Tôi không biết ý định đó là gì! Khi nhận phòng và trả phòng, nhân viên lễ tân không giúp đỡ hành lý. Vì vali to nên thảm ở cửa bị lạc. Thậm chí khi đến cầm thảm cũng không giúp đẩy hành lý! Dịch vụ quá tệ, lần đầu tiên tôi gặp phải!

We came back from a roundtrip and booked a larger room. This was an amazing decision. The room was absolutely amazing, the people were amazing and super friendly and supportive. The food in the restaurant was super delicious, there is a relaxation room on the 3rd floor with coffee and tea, highly recommended. You feel absolutely home and gain a special Japanese experience. THIS is the place to go when you want to visit Tokyo.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The room was small but well designed. Excellent traditional japanese restaurant right next to the hotel.

The hotel is located about a 5 min walk from the nearest train station. Google maps made us walk a steep hill up to the hotel from the station so do take note if you have luggage (there is a more long winded way which doesn’t need you to go up a steep hill). Location: about 20 mins from the city so I would say this is on the outskirts of the city, which we liked as it is quieter. We somehow could hear the trains in the morning though we didn’t hear them at night. Room: It is small (like all Tokyo hotels) but sufficient. The bed was very comfy, and the rooms and toilets were kept clean and nice. No signs of aging. The pyjamas given were super comfy and a lot of amenities were given as well. Water pressure was good. Amenities: The best part of this hotel is its facilities. I absolutely loved the 3rd floor inner garden where we could sit and hear water flowing. They serve free green tea too at stipulated time periods. Be sure to check it out! The gym is very basic though with only a few treadmills and no weights. Food: Quite a lot of food options which are about a 5 min walk away. Service: Really good service by front counter staff. They also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant :)

Very satisfied with this stylish hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but the shared spaces are really awesome. Highly recommend!

Very charming hotel! Love the effort they put in the common areas! Very zen & relaxing! Rooms are okay, not big but typical in Tokyo!

Hidden gem in the city. We were here to attend an event in Tokyo dome, short trip only and this hotel location had everything we need around. Hotel is tucked behind the main street so not crowded at all. Great service and amenities as usual with Japan hotels.

Had a pleasant stay with Hotel Niwa Tokyo, as the hotel is just a short distance to main attractions in Tokyo. About 20min walk to Akihabra and 10min walk to Tokyo Dome. Great for travellers coming for concerts! Though the room is a tad small, we still had a comfortable stay. There is free hot/cold water dispenser, ice dispenser and microwave for guest to use. There is also two washer and dryer each on the same level. Overall a great stay, will consider booking again! :)
