Gia đình sáu người của chúng tôi đã ở đây vào tháng 6 năm 2023. Tất cả chúng tôi đều muốn có trải nghiệm khách sạn Pod và chúng tôi không thất vọng. Unplan Shinjuku là cơ sở hiện đại, được bảo trì tốt ở trung tâm thành phố. Các phòng (và khoang) rất sạch sẽ và có tất cả những thứ bạn cần trong một không gian nhỏ. Thậm chí còn có một tủ đựng đồ có khóa. Cơ sở vật chất phong phú ở mỗi tầng rất sạch sẽ và được cung cấp dầu gội, dầu xả và sữa tắm. Có máy sấy tóc, máy sấy quần áo và máy giặt. Trong phòng sinh hoạt chung là một nhà bếp được trang bị tốt với tất cả những gì bạn cần (ngoại trừ thực phẩm - vô số cửa hàng tiện lợi cách đó vài bước chân) Cung cấp bữa sáng ngoài kế hoạch và sau đó là tại nhà hàng, đồ ăn ngon giá cả hợp lý. Cơ sở này có sân thượng, quầy bar, phòng xông hơi khô và bồn tắm nước lạnh. Phong cách trang trí hiện đại và vui nhộn và đội ngũ nhân viên rất hữu ích, luôn sẵn sàng trong phần lớn thời gian trong ngày / buổi tối cho bất kỳ thắc mắc nào bạn có thể có. I’d say this hostel is pretty much perfect, as long as you’re not looking for an incredibly social hostel. It checks all the boxes. Beds were real comfy, wi-fi worked perfectly, bathrooms and toilets were kept clean, and there’s enough so you never have to wait long. Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash. there’s a laundry machine onsite, so it’s easy to do your laundry. The restaurant downstairs serves good food, and prices are reasonable. There’s free basic breakfast too (bagels and yogurt). Just choose a different flavor of bagel each day to break the monotony. Heh. The location is great—- the nearest train station is only a five minute walk away. There are also many restaurants nearby. If you’re on a really tight budget, there’s a Family Mart right next door for cheap, delicious meals ;) The only downside, as I’ve mentioned, is that there’s not much social atmosphere. This is pretty common in capsule hostels in Japan though. You could make friends during breakfast every morning, or hang out in the small common area at the third floor—- that’s pretty much it. The hostel does occasionally have activities for guests (like tours) but these occur infrequently. If they had daily activities lined up that would surely make this hostel more social.

my friend and I stayed at Unplan for 4 nights while in Tokyo. We loved our time there and would recommend to anyone traveling around Tokyo! The hostel has a great breakfast, is fully stocked with shower/bath products, allows early check in, and is located in a great area! The one drawback was that our dorm was very hot the first few nights but this was resolved upon request. 10/10

Dieses Hostel kann man nur empfehlen. Von Beginn an fühlte man sich sehr willkommen. Das gesamte Team war freundlich und offen. Zahlungen können per Karte erfolgen. Das Gepäck musste man selbst aufs Zimmer bringen, was kein Problem war, es gibt einen Aufzug. Ich habe in einem Female Dormitory Room geschlafen. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber. Auch das Bett war sauber und gut eingerichtet, gemütliches Kissen und die Bettdecke war auch komfortabel. Zum Frühstück gab es eine Auswahl verschiedener Bagels, Kaffee und Tee. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist in der Nähe des Bahnsteigs. Negativer Aspekte: Die Toiletten sind nicht vom Dormitory Room zugänglich, hierzu muss man die Räumlichkeiten verlassen, um über dem Flur zu den Toiletten zu gelangen. Es ist nicht besonders schlimm und wohl auf die räumlichen Gegebenheiten zurückzuführen. Für das Gepäck/Rucksack war sehr wenig Platz vorhanden und es stand ungesichert herum. Das konnten andere Hotels schon viel besser regeln. Meinen Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr gut und ich war absolut zufrieden mit diesem Hostel – sehr empfehlenswert!

L'un des points forts de l'établissement est le personnel sympathique et irréprochable. Ils sont d'ailleurs nombreux à se relayer et disponibles pour toute question. L'accueil dispose de nombreux dépliants et guides. Rien de spécifique pour les végétariens et autres régimes cependant. Cependant le bar propose des options végétariennes le matin et le midi, hélas pas le soir. Des activités comme la cérémonie du thé sont organisées chaque semaine. Malheureusement pas disponible la semaine où j'étais présent. Propreté et décoration sont au rendez-vous. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas davantage de quoi accrocher ses vêtements et serviette dans les douches mais on s'en sort quand même. La literie est étonnamment confortable et les rideaux très pratiques. Il y a une cuisine au dernier étage. La terrasse n'est plus disponible après 18h pour éviter le bruit avec le voisinage. Le quartier est extrêmement calme et proche du métro. Le seul point négatif demeure le comportement des visiteurs (chaussures déposées n'importe où devant la porte alors qu'il y a suffisamment d'étagères, valises disposées devant les prises de courant, bruit) mais globalement meilleur qu'ailleurs. Un autre point positif est la qualité des rencontres avec des gens de tout continent. C'est quand même relativement bien fréquenté. Petit déjeuner correct. Les bagels sont bons mais rien d'extraordinaire par rapport à un petit-déjeuner européen. Des efforts entrepris pour réduire les déchets mais clairement pas suffisants, comme le papier et les emballages plastiques... Beaucoup de commerces alimentaires à proximité. Au final j'avais toujours plaisir à rentrer le soir et je n'y sentais vraiment en sécurité.
