Có một Spa kết nối với khách sạn, phải trả phí và chúng tôi không có thời gian để sử dụng. Khách sạn có giá tốt và xa khu vực quá đông khách du lịch ở Tokyo.

Và cô ấy yêu cầu tôi tìm cách khác để đến sân bay. CHÚA ƠI! Bạn biết đấy, tôi đã lo lắng đến mức mất đi cảm giác thèm ăn một bữa sáng thịnh soạn. Điều tồi tệ nhất là sau khi tôi đặt taxi qua Xiechen, tôi đến hỏi một nhân viên lễ tân khách sạn khác rằng tôi cần taxi n*** bây giờ, cô ấy nói Ok, sau đó cô ấy nhắn tin nhỏ và hướng dẫn tôi xuống tầng dưới, taxi sẽ đến n***. Cuối cùng, tôi bắt taxi nhưng phí đặt vé trực tuyến sẽ không được hoàn lại. 430元人民币啊？!

Khách sạn rất ấm cúng và thoải mái. Phòng lớn hơn so với các khách sạn khác trong thành phố. Spa tự nhiên trong cùng tòa nhà khiến cho kỳ nghỉ trở nên thư giãn hơn. Rất nhiều nhà hàng ngon trong trung tâm mua sắm cạnh khách sạn và phòng của tôi ở trên tầng 6, có hành lang dẫn thẳng đến trung tâm mua sắm. Nhân viên lễ tân giúp tôi đặt taxi từ sáng sớm tới ga tàu trong thành phố rồi đưa ra sân bay nên tôi không cần phải lo lắng nhiều.

Stayed triple comfort on 9F and paid 2.5k HKD for 1 night. Good: - laundry room with many available all in one washer and dryer with digital lock. - next to shopping mall (food last order around 9:30pm and most closed at 10pm) - public bath in shopping mall 6F of hotel - size of room was reasonable in my opinion and clean surroundings and room Bad: - No view - I estimate 1/4 rooms will be blocked by the mall - read other reviews about this and requested a better view but was ignored - can be claustrophobic for some people - Expensive if you book all inclusive through trip - room was just 1.5k - recommend to get just the room and pay for public bath and breakfast when there as it’s much cheaper - bath around 2000 JPY and similar to breakfast - Spa is public so not just hotel guest - though they have small private rooms for 10k JPY inside the hotel but I imagine it’s just like having a large bath - Volume of guests (6F foot traffic I imagine would be noisy as all hotel guests must use this to go to the mall or spa - The front office and staff are overwhelmed- customer service is poor probably due to them being over worked and under staffed vs the number of guests - Disagree with other review - the location is not convenient - very far from public transport if raining you will get wet took a taxi from Gundam back to hotel because of this and cost 2k JPY - TV is big but useless without YouTube or screencasting from phone A one day affair hotel or if it’s raining. Too far from the action and surrounding areas is like any other industrial area. I personally had a terrible experience that ruined my last day in Japan - which up till then was great. I got locked out of hotel because my keycard suddenly stopped working and was desperate to get medicine for my dad from the room and return to restaurant before they closed. Went to lobby and told staff. She told me to wait and queue up and walked away. Understand there are existing customers being served but in this situation you cannot walk away from a customer clearly in distress and should wait with them till next counter is free and then be given priority. Later on the night I followed up after getting the medicine to give the team a chance to explain what happened. But they found nothing wrong with how they handled it. Hotel brand is a bit of a money grab which is a shame as being in the hospitality industry you are the bridge between a foreigner and a nation.

The service was great, the room was comfortable, and the cleaning was really impressive.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. Getting around was super convenient- there’s free shuttle bus going to and from Haneda AirPort, there’s free shuttle bus to Ginza/Tokyo station daily, there are also public buses and train stations nearby, so there are many choices. I love the Ariake Garden mall connected via the 6th floor, where I can get food and even onsen at a discounted price. The amenities are amazing too - there’s self service washing/drying machines, microwaves, ice machines, self check in/out machines… all readily available at any time. The luggage storage is also self-serviced and fuss free, so we could walk around with our minds at ease before going to the airport on the last day. Overall, an awesome place for anyone having a holiday in Tokyo!

Close to the Metro. Breakfast is good. Hotsprings in a separate building and not included in the room price.

very big room compare with other hotel !very big lobby and they can provide so many tea pad ,shower cap,shower brush and toothbrush, very attention to detail

A little out of Tokyo but train station is only 5-10 mins walk away. If you are leaving early there is a shuttle bus to Tokyo station and those who are going to the airport straight there is also a shuttle bus. A mall located right next to the hotel as well with basics store included so you can get last minute shopping done

Superb value for money. Provide free shuttle bus to Ginza and Tokyo station 5 or 6 times per day. Attached to a mall and super public bath (fee discounted).
