The listing is located at Nippori Station on Tokyo's famous Yamanote Line. Get out of the subway station and walk for about 5 minutes. On the road from the station to the listing, there are many shops, and various drug stores are on both sides of the road. There are countless restaurants such as ramen shops, izakayas, sushi restaurants, barbecue restaurants, etc. It is a short walk to Tokyo's famous fiber street. Cat Street, the famous Ginza in Yanaka, is about 200-meter walk from the west exit of Nippori Station.

Δ There is no elevator in the apartment, and the public area on the first floor has access control, monitoring, and high security.
