Họ nói vì con chúng tôi dưới 18 tuổi nên “không được tính là người” nên chúng tôi chỉ có một chiếc giường (nhỏ). Tôi biết rằng Nhật Bản không tuân theo nhiều tiêu chuẩn giống như Mỹ, nhưng tôi không cảm thấy quá đáng khi yêu cầu CUNG CẤP CHỖ NGỦ TRONG KHÁCH SẠN. Đừng tin vào những hình ảnh trên trang web. Căn phòng mà chúng tôi lẽ ra phải đặt có hai chiếc giường như trong hình. Khi chúng tôi đến yêu cầu phòng lớn hơn hoặc phòng thứ hai, "toàn bộ khách sạn" đã được đặt. Ngoài ra, nếu người ta tin vào dấu hiệu trong hình thì họ đã vi phạm quy định về phòng cháy chữa cháy.

Vị trí của khách sạn tốt, rất gần ga Akihabara, nhưng vệ sinh không tốt lắm, vì không có người dọn dẹp hàng ngày, và nhân viên lễ tân rất tốt bụng! 

Môi trường khách sạn khá khả quan. Dịch vụ ở quầy lễ tân siêu tệ. Không thể tệ hơn được. Cô phục vụ không muốn được phục vụ nên bỏ đi. Điều quan trọng nhất là tôi không có vấn đề gì. Tôi không có việc gì để làm. Tôi đã đăng ký bình thường và tôi không yêu cầu bạn giúp đỡ. Quy trình nhận phòng bình thường. có bật quạt thông gió 24/24 vào ban đêm, rất ồn, không nên ở lại

Vị trí khách sạn rất tốt nếu bạn có thể tìm thấy cây cầu nối ga xe lửa với khách sạn (n*** đối diện biển hiệu GU) Phòng nhỏ nhưng tất cả các tiện nghi bạn yêu cầu đều có sẵn. Vị trí tương đối yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi tốt sau một ngày dài Không có dịch vụ dọn phòng nhưng khăn mới được cung cấp hàng ngày Nói chung là một khách sạn tốt về giá cả và vị trí của nó!

Cách ga 10 phút đi bộ, rất bẩn..................đã nâng cấp chúng tôi lên phòng lớn hơn vì phòng 1 quá bẩn, đổi phòng nhưng vẫn chưa đủ sạch và chúng tôi đến muộn, chỉ muốn ngủ và nghỉ ngơi

We loved our stay at Hotel Resol! Right in the heart of Akihabara with the train station close by too! Perfect location, and with out room having the view of the river it was lovely. The rooms and bathroom are both a decent size with the type of room we got. You’re able to pick up as many amenities from the reception that you need for your room. There’s also a stamp to collect in reception so don’t forget to get that if you’re collecting stamps throughout! The staff are all so lovely, and even kept our luggage the last day for us whilst we ventured out and about. There’s things you don’t need to worry about bringing to Japan, as all the hotels I stayed in provided these, a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, PJs, and slippers. There’s also a mini fridge to stash all your konbini goodies. They don’t clean your room everyday which is nice because it means you don’t have someone in and out all the time. But they do replace bin bags, towels and waters daily which is lovely! There’s also a cute little temple nearby to the hotel too! Which has a little cat we got to see a lot of! :) Overall a really pleasant stay! and it completed the end of trip! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Overall a pleasant stay, good location that less than 10mins walk from Akihabara station. Only thing to mention is a super small room that very hard to open up the luggage.

Walkable distance to metro and JR. Free amenities. Clean room. Gave us some lovely gifts for our anniversary. Staff were polite and greeted us when we left.

Second time staying here - prime location, accessible to all major districts in central Tokyo & Narita Airport. Staff are friendly, room is clean, amenities are provided. The Italian restaurant downstairs is also good.

The hotel location is great, served by multiple train lines which are all within walking distance. The room itself is just about comfortable for a solo traveller, though it may be a bit tight depending on the size of your luggage. Check in was good. There is a fee to pay if you wish to check in/out earlier/later - this option is something I appreciated. Staff are friendly! The room design has that modern industrial vibe, although it’s small it has just about the amenities you would need. My mistake was not checking whether there was an in-room safe so I had to lock my valuables in the luggage instead. At the reception floor, there is an amenities corner which you can take as you need which I like. You can even loan items such as digital scale, or nail clipper for free. They have a microwave oven, disposable cutleries. Overall, very happy with my stay. Highly recommend if you are travelling alone or light.

Amazing stay! Close to the train station and wonderful service. Breakfast was to die for 😍

Nice hotel with sofa but the air conditioner was acting a bit weird. Other than that everything was fine and still highly accessible within 3 minutes from Akihabara station
