Amazing hotel ! Convenient, New, Clean and Spacious, even for 3 people of us, and good breakfast. Good to stay here if you go through Narita Airport.

The location is convenient and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. We enjoyed our staying here.

A really new hotel, staffs are young and energetic, speaks english. It’s location is near Ueno station, convenient for train travelling. Walking to Asakusa is also convenient. You can rent vintage style bikes, wash and dry your cloth in a laundry room. There is a nice second floor open air balcony, just above their restaurant.

A nice and trendy hotel. Room types with special identification but lacking of enough indication. Such as the leather tag for room cleaning / no disturb, should probably be more alternative cases like other hotels.

Strategic location in Ueno, within 5 minutes walking distance to the train station, very close to convenience stores 7-11 and Lawson, a lot of restaurants and eateries around. Many attractions nearby such as Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo, Ameyoko Shopping Street and more. The room is spacious, with a comfy bed, rain shower and basic amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a few mins walk from Ueno station, which is a great location with skyliner train straight to Narita Airport in just 40m. It’s convenient to reach Asakusa, Sumida and Ginza, a bit further to Shinjuku, Shibuya those shopping areas so depend on your trip planning. Hotel itself is incredibly new and clean, furnishing is tasteful, size is bigger than average Tokyo’s, amazing value for money! Would def revisit next time!

During our second trip back to this hotel, we were back at the hotel at 1:00pm, front desk told us our luggage were already in the room. We thought ‘Great’. But then the guy told us if we want to check in early , it’s going cost us extra 5000yen. ‘Oh, nevermind…’ Again, I feel the hotel could do more but was not able to go extra for the customers. As I shared before, don’t expect about free water, coffee or water boiler like other basic Japan Hotels will offer.
