Những lý do không giới thiệu khách sạn này như sau: 1. Vấn đề vệ sinh là điều đáng lo ngại. Khi tôi chuẩn bị đi ngủ vào buổi tối, tôi thấy rằng khăn trải giường vẫn chưa được thay đổi. Tôi không biết liệu đó có phải là vấn đề về ngôn ngữ hay không. rất ngạc nhiên khi Nhật Bản có dịch vụ như vậy. 2. Phải trả phòng lúc 10 giờ. Tôi chưa bao giờ ở khách sạn nào mà phải trả phòng sớm như vậy, sau đó tôi bắt đầu gọi điện liên tục để giục muộn hơn một chút. 3. Đi tàu điện ngầm thật bất tiện. Phải mất 20 phút đi bộ một chiều đến ga tàu điện ngầm. Nếu bạn đã quen với việc đi bộ 5 phút đến ga tàu điện ngầm thì không nên.

As we were on a family trip to Tokyo in early fall, the weather was quite unpredictable. Like it’s warm on certain days and cold on the rest. This hotel air con was just perfect for us. Staffs were helpful as they can speak English. Cleanliness can be improved cuz they only came  in to change the bedsheets every 4 days which I preferred changing it daily and vacuuming every single day. It’s quite a good space for 2 to stay but with 1 additional bed, it would be a little space consuming. I love the bakery in this hotel. Great place to get early breakfast and coffee. We didn’t tried the hotel breakfast though but I think it should be nice from other reviews. As we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. We needed a cleaner room. Still a good hotel to stay in anyways. There is a Chuo park which has a Starbucks. A nice park to stroll around. The Metropolitan building is very near to the park and the subway station is also nearby for use. Travelling using the JR line no problem at all. We covered all the places we wanted to visit which was awesome. Overall quite  good hotel to stay. Recommended to all.

Room is abit small and can hear the next room noise. Apart from that it is ok .Staff are very friendly.

Very friendly staff make it easy to check in and out. Myself and my daughter were blown away with how delicious the breakfast buffet was! The knot has a bakery as well as a restaurant. The room was a good size and very clean! We were very comfortable staying here. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

Hotel was quiet and clean. Little bit far away from Shinjuku station but it is manageable by either walking or taking a taxi. Front desk people was nice but  lobby was small. The big step of bath room was kind of annoying.

I booked this hotel because The Knot in Hiroshima was really spacious and amazing. I wish I could say the same for Shinjuku Knot...

Beautiful hotel just in front of a huge park. Really enjoyed buying bread from the bakery for breakfast and relax at the park opposite.

Poorly managed hotel especially when it comes to the restaurant. The food isn’t tasty and seems like an amateur chef was put in charge in the kitchen. Otherwise the room was just fine, expected for a three star hotel

The location was great for exploring Shinjuku and Shibuya, and also close to metro to go to other areas. The bakery downstairs is very convenient and has a big selection of snacks. The room was of course small (it‘s Tokyo 🤷♀️) but the space available was used wisely and good value for money! Would recommend and book again!

Great location by the Chuo park, close to the metro and JR lines. Rooms are relatively spacious for the price. Lobby and first floor are the common areas where breakfast is served buffet style. It also has a lovely bakery that appears to be popular with the locals as well as hotel guests.

We had stayed at The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku during 9/29/24-10/1/24 and it was a great stay with exceptional service for our first time in Japan. The location was close to the train station and a family mart which was very useful to traveling to other parts of Tokyo and late night snacks. What I really wanted to highlight was the above and beyond services of Sho-San and Alexander-San at the front desk. I had lost my phone earlier in the day on the train and they had worked deligently to help me contact several lost and found train stations as well as submit an online claim. Sho-san worked tirelessly the first day making several calls but no luck. Alexander-san had helped me the second day and even created a spreadsheet noting along which stations have been contacted with what information. Eventually the phone was found as Narita airport (2 and a half hours away) and Alexander-san was able to provide me a confirmation phone to help me collect my phone from the lost and found. Thank you both so much for all your help along the way. The trip would not have been the same without all your hard work and dedicated service. We really appreciate everything you have done, thank you thank you!! 私たちは24年9月29日から24年10月1日までザ・ノット東京新宿に宿泊しましたが、初めての日本では素晴らしいサービスで素晴らしい滞在でした。場所は駅やファミリーマートに近く、東京の他の地域への旅行や夜食に非常に便利でした。 私が本当に強調したかったのは、フロントデスクの翔さんとアレクサンダーさんの以上のサービスでした。私はその日の早朝に電車内で携帯電話を紛失しましたが、彼らは私がいくつかの忘れ物駅に連絡したり、オンラインで請求を提出したりするのを熱心に手伝ってくれました。翔さんは初日、何度か電話をかけながら精力的に働きましたが、うまくいきませんでした。アレクサンダーさんは2日目に私を助けてくれて、どのステーションにどのような情報が連絡されたかを記録したスプレッドシートまで作成してくれました。最終的に、電話は成田空港 (2 時間半離れたところ) であることがわかり、アレクサンダーさんは、忘れ物から携帯電話を受け取るのを手伝ってくれる確認用の電話を提供してくれました。 お二人とも、途中でいろいろとご協力いただきまして、誠にありがとうございました。あなたの懸命な努力と献身的なサービスがなければ、この旅行は同じものにはならなかったでしょう。皆さんの尽力に本当に感謝しています、ありがとう、ありがとう!!

staying next to Tochō building and park is beautiful in all seasons of the year

Modern hotel with lovely bakery on the ground floor. Located across the park and near the major station.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Breakfast is also good. Will come back again next time
