I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel in Tokyo and would gladly return in the future. Excellent Service: The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Even though we only stayed for one night, they took the time to explain the location of emergency exits and stairs on our floor, as well as the route to the nearest park and designated earthquake shelter. Their thoughtful guidance gave us peace of mind and reflected their strong sense of care and responsibility. Convenient Location: The hotel is situated in the vibrant Tennozu Isle area, just a 5-minute walk from Tennōzu Isle Station, which offers easy access to the city. The hotel also provides a convenient taxi-calling service at a reasonable fee. Comfortable Room with Stunning View: From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay. While the room was compact, it was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Easy Access to Amenities: The hotel is directly connected to the Seafront Tower, where a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and other useful shops are located—perfect for any last-minute essentials or a quick snack. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Tokyo.
