Beautiful location, warm and welcoming host, well-appointed room and bathroom. Couldn't have hoped for more, I don't think you could find a nicer place to stay in Todi if you tried. Excellent value for money.

What a beautiful little inn. The view from our room was spectacular. Very cozy and comfortable. Sandro was very kind and even helped us park our car. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. His recommendation for dinner was great. Very close to the main square. Wonderful experience.

Down a narrow passageway just off Todi’s Piazza del Popolo, this well appointed B&B is perched over the ruins of an ancient Roman theater, hence the name. Our room had a spectacular view over the olive orchards, vineyards and distant mountains of the Umbrian countryside. Roberta and Sandro are warm and attentive hosts. They met us when we lost our way in Todi’s labyrinthine streets and guided us to their convenient parking spot just below the lodging. Rare to have tranquility and a panorama while also being in the heart of a historic town, steps from the major sights and a slew of restaurants. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

Molto ben curato l'arredamento con una splendida vista sulla valle di Todi. Proprietari molto gentili e colazione ottima. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, bagno con una doccia molto grande. Ambiente ben riscaldato.

Splendida location curata nei minimi particolari con buon gusto e semplicità. Vista mozzafiato dalla finestra di camera. Staff garbato e gioviale. È stato un soggiorno all’insegna del relax totale; da provare e direi anche ri-provare.

La location è veramente unica: una residenza storica ricavata da un antico palazzo del 1100, appartenente al Vescovo, in pieno centro storico. Il posto è bellissimo e dotato di ogni comfort: letto a baldacchino con materasso ultracomodo, attorno mobili antichi e broccati, veramente unico! Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile e direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente ottimo. Mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente. Voto 110 cum laude!

La residenza è un gioiellino, molto intima e curata nei minimi dettagli e rispecchia le persone attente, cordiali e molto disponibili che sono i proprietari Roberta e Alessandro. Ottimi anche i loro consigli per deliziare il palato! Camera con vista meravigliosa e residenza situata ad un passo dal centro storico ma comunque immersa nel magico silenzio della bellissima Todi.
