The hotel impresses with its beautiful inner courtyard, lush greenery, pool, and fruit trees. Employee Daredjan deserves special mention - she is very hospitable and prepares delicious food throughout the stay. Her kitchen is always clean and tidy. The rooms, although small, are cozy. There are a few nuances: initially, my reservation was lost by the manager, but I was able to get another room. Also, I had requested a room with a double bed several times before the trip, but ended up with a room with single beds. However, on the last night, we were moved to a room with a double bed. Regarding cleanliness, there were misunderstandings. The rooms were not cleaned during the stay, and we were not offered to take out the trash. The complete lack of cleaning created some inconvenience. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness left something to be desired - there were cobwebs and dust in various places. There were even someone else's underwear in the closet, and the housekeeper was quite surprised when we told her about it. The overall impression of the hotel is good, but there are some aspects that need improvement. The manager should be more attentive in their work and not create false expectations for guests. It's also important to address cleanliness issues so that guests can have a comfortable stay. The efforts of employee Daredjan, who does everything possible for a pleasant guest experience, are highly appreciated.
