Premier Inns are usually clean simple and efficient. However at Tiverton check in was slow, both machines broken and our room had to be checked as ready, delaying us by 15 minutes and making my autistic son feel very uncomfortable in the small waiting area. The room was noisy due to an adjoining door that we did not need or request. Breakfast looked like it had been sat there for hours and I therefore didn't eat, my son who loves a fry up was hugely disappointed so we ate elsewhere the next morning. Handy location for what we were doing but I wouldn't hurry back!

Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean and morden. Tegan on the check in desk was lovely and smiley. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The burger and sundae were very tasty! Breakfast was nice and hot, all in all a very nice stay :)

A very comfortable place and excellent service. The morning staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely fresh Cooked breakfast and good selection of continental breakfast. Tegan and Vanessa were always very helpful. Ash had a smile on his face every morning and always wiling to serve you. At a very stressful time the stay was very much appreciated.

We decided to go to Tiverton Premier Inn for breakfast as we had never been before. We hadn't booked but Teagan was really nice and found us a table . The breakfast was lovely everything look fresh and it was so clean and well looked after. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back again. Thank you.

Tegan, Vanessa and Ash were an incredibly friendly breakfast team, and they created a very friendly and supportive environment for me and my family to eat breakfast. They have very clear and helpful suggestions and instructions to create a beautiful atmosphere.

We were so very well looked after by Tegan, Vanessa and Ash nothing was too much trouble….. our bedroom was warm and comfortable. We visit annually to go to nearby Diggerland. We won’t stay anywhere else. Almost feel part of the premier inn family Thanks again team 😊

Fantastic service from Tegan, Vanessa and Ash. Breakfast was superb and hot. Lovely atmosphere. Staff were always on hand to help and nothing was to much at all. I would highly recommend The Premier Inn at Tiverton. Also value for money for the all you can eat breakfast is out of this world. Thank you.

Elliot very welcoming and goes massively above and beyond great local knowledge Charlotte served my food such a lovely happy welcoming asset to premier inn Rooms clean great location but all made better by the staff Parking convenient and nice cheap car park up road

I would like to complement. Charlotte and Elliot for a great service. Very polite and caring service. Thank you. Would recommend this restaurant… Very polite and welcoming. Food was good and also very hard working to help the customer to feel happy. Well done 👏
