Everything was really good! Hotel rooms were clean, nice, we had evertyhing what we needed. Waiters and receptions were excellent, friendly, opened, easy to talk. We had a free breakfast every day because it is a part of their politics! Definetly reccomend this hotel!

It’s a bit run down and shabby and needs some investment. Staff are as miserable a bunch as you can ever meet. The lad serving me breakfast looked like he had been up all night. Old Yugoslav era communist customer service. Why smile when you can frown? Breakfast alone had about ten different rules to follow. Not allowed more than two cups of coffee or tea or water.
Electric scouters left in lobby area on charge, plates and cups on window sill in restaurant. It’s a bit of a mess really.
Only plus side is it’s right on the waterfront and a room with a sea view is probably really nice. I was out the back with a view of twenty empty coke crates. 😐

Had a great stay, Angela checked us in. She was super personable, friendly and a great member of staff. She recommended us to go to a club in kotor called letrika. We had the best time there and can’t thank her enough! WE LOVE YOU ANGELA! 10/10

Good service and food. Doesn’t have an elevator but we’ll worth it. Also, in the bedrooms it needs blackout curtains or blinds. I woke up super early as the sun was blaring in at 6am. Breakfast was included and was really good

Excellent hotel and location, the only minus is no elevator, but everyone was very helpful with carrying luggage upstairs. The staff was super friendly and spoke great english. Very helpful with destinations and taxi. Packed us lunch for trip to the airport. A++

This is only a restaurant review. We have been travelling here for many years and this was the last time, we visited this restaurant. In general the service lacks in Monte***** and unfortunately this quite expensive place is no excuse. We visited as a family with children and ordered the best meat on the menu. We have eaten here before and know how great it usually is. When the meat was served, we got something that looked like leftovers. The meet was cut out, which is never is. We tryed it and the meat tasted like liver and was dry. We complained to the waiter and he tried to convince us, this was what we have ordered. I had to raise my voice and complain again, before he laughed a bit and said easy easy... We will get you something different. When we got the meat the second time, we got what we have originally ordered. The restaurant wasnt busy this day, i believe we were the only ones, that had ordered food, and there was no excuse for this bad experience. When we left we agreed to give tips at the card. The waiter told us it was common to leave 10 % at restaurants and was about to take 12 euro extra. ( !!!) We told him no, you can apply 5 and that is it. So arrogant.

Everyone was very nice and I needed a nice relaxing day off from travelling. It was a very nice peaceful experience.
