Tisia Hotel & Spa

The hotel is new, beautiful, well equipped and furnished. The reception and the staff in general are very pleasant and willing to help at any time. The rooms were beautiful, large, comfortable beds, very clean and modernly furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, large LED TV and fast internet. The room includes a large balcony with seating. The bathroom was large with an extra-large glass shower and hotel cosmetics. Breakfast was always the same, with a change in 1-2 dishes, but even so, the changes were often repeated. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. The dinners were rich, it was possible to choose from several dishes, but not all of them were deliciously prepared. The meat used to be dry and not well seasoned. But the pasta was perfect, especially the bolognese. Apart from the goulash and broth, the soups had a bland taste. For dinner, you can buy drinks from the bar. But the prices are not high. The bar next to the restaurant offers foreign beers and many mixed alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks were perfectly mixed. The chapter itself is wellness and spa areas. The hotel includes free entrance to the swimming pools, you can use the entire outdoor swimming pool (a couple with a pool with thermal water) with many pools and attractions, as well as indoor pools, which are also with thermal water. There is also a whirlpool. The entire area is very large and beautifully maintained. It is possible to buy pool snacks (langos, hotdogs, kebabs, ...) and there is a pizzeria by the indoor pool. The swimming pool includes classic spa treatment procedures performed by specialists under the supervision of a doctor (with whom you can consult), but these are paid for. The hotel has a large covered parking lot. The only problem is the location, it is far from the center and if the spa is not enough for you, you have nothing else to do there. There is no entertainment in the vicinity (only a sports complex), but you will find what you need in the city. It is far to reach on foot, you need a car, bicycle or taxi. I appreciate that the hotel tries to be environmentally friendly.

We highly recommend the Tisia hotel after our amazing stay there in May. The staff were friendly and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable. We stayed in one of the accessible rooms as my daughter has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair. The room was spacious and well designed for her needs. In addition, we had a great experience at the restaurant as well. There were many tasty options to choose from. We were very impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. We will definitely return to the Tisia hotel and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Dit hotel is zijn 4 sterren niet waard.1 avond op vrijdag, voor het eten, was redelijk tot goed. Maar gisteren zaterdagavond, was zeer slecht.Je kan normaal eten van 19utot21u. Er was veel volk en dat konden ze niet bolwerken.,wij en nog andere gezinnen of koppels, kwamen rond 19u30u aan en er was geen plaats.wij moesten wachten, terwijl we zagen, dar er zekers 5 tafels vrij waren, die moesten enkel terug gedekt worden.na meer dan een half uur gewacht te hebben ,zijn we naar een plaats gegaan,nadat we zagen de ze een bevriend gezin,wel lieten binnengaa.maar die bediende wist niet dat er nog steeds andere gezinnen zaten te wachten, en heeft haar daarna grondig komen verontschuldigen.een heel vriendelijk meisje, Evilinn.die ander keek gewoon boos en was niet vriendelijk, alles behalve.Dan zijn we gaan zien voor eten,ondertussen was het 20u10, en er was bijna Niks te krijgen.alles was bijna op. Ook geen borden meertot ik mijn beklag deed.Dan hadden wij wel een bord maar het eten was zogoed als op.er was op dat moment een sportfestival, maar ze weten hoeveel volk ze verwachten doordat je moet reserveren.he en de weg van het 1 zwembad naar het andere , was superglad doordat er niemand was om het water op te kuisen.ze kwamen enkel zeggen dat de kinderen niet in het heet(30 tot35gr) bad mochten gaan. DIT HOTEL IS GEEN 4 STERREN WAARD
