Good service. Service guy mohan and resturant ***ager Raj mohan both guy are good and helpful and excellent service and very valuable hotel and restaurant and both are very good person. Food test is also good and tested food is also good Thanku so much mohan ji and Raj mohan ji

I am very much satisfied with the facilities of this hotel. The location of hotel is good and the room were clean and hygienic. All the staff were hospitable, helpful and friendly especially Aryaan Deb and Ravindra Negi. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Other than the ***ager mr biswas's behaviour everything else was good, I had booked a 2 bedroom apar**ent from the online site and forgot to check the number of adults, when I checked in the ***agement informed me that I had booked for only one adult, I told them why would I book a 2 bedroom for 1 person,I also showed them that the online price for 4 adults is the same, but the ***ager refused and asked me to pay 4500/- for the extra person even though the online price clearly showed the price for 4 adults was same which I had paid neither was he ready to refund my booking amount,he was clearly trying to pocket the extra money, after a lot of arguments he agreed to check in but no breakfast would be allowed even though my booking voucher clearly mentioned breakfast inclusive, the receptionist was very cooperative but the ***ager was clearly behaving as if he was the owner of the property,this hotel is also tied up with club Mahindra,the upper ***agement should take some action

Comfortable stay and great experience. In house restaurant serves great breakfast GM Ashvani Jain and Venkatesh at reception desk were very helpful during our stay. Suggestion: Adding a wheel chair would be more convenient for elderly persons

Starlit suites is a beautiful place to stay during Tirupati trip. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable and had all amenities required. Decent food and courteous staff were quite helpful and definitely worth visiting again 👍

Our stay was very good from the start. We initially called the hotel for some details and spoke to Mr Venkatesh, who was a very big help from the beginning. We enjoyed our stay with the help and services rendered by Mr Venkatesh and the hotel staff.

This is a good option to stay in Tirupati. Location is in a quiet serene area with a beautiful view of the Tirumala hills. It is just 1.8 km from the main Tirupati Bypass Road Bus Stand which I felt was a huge advantage. I landed at Tirupati airport and took an A/c bus which goes to Tirumala. The bus dropped me to at the Tirupati Bus stop for just Rs. 70/- and the hotel was just 1.8kms from there which I walked. The service was quite good l. I ordered room service and the food was piping hot and quite tasty ! The 1bhk room had a lovely balcony and two washrooms which I think we superlative ! It also had a kitchen with microwave and a large fridge. A special thanks to Mr Jain the GM who was very courteous. The front office person Mr Venkatesh was also very helpful in explaining everything. I rented a cab to visit Tirumala from Subbu (79890 45926) who was recommended by the hotel and his service was excellent ! Overall a fantastic place ! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. All people at reception are good and very helpful particularly Siva. They helped to familiarise local locations to visit. It is one of the good cicuit property of Club Mahindra to vist Lord Venkateswara
