For the extra one person they are charging extra high charges for the same area room and not providing extra towel, brush, water etc. Buying Rs. 15 cost tea from nearby Annapoorana Hotel, selling to us at an abnormal rate of Rs 100/- The room rent includes morning breakfast. But what a pitiful thing was there was no regular 24 hours Restaurant and buying food from outside and serving only after 8 AM . As we three people have to return Chennai urgently by 7.45 AM, they don’t serve breakfast and our request not to charge for 3 tea served in the morning instead of breakfast was not accepted. Money is the main thing for them and serving the customers to their satisfaction and advantage is the last thing. On the whole, the stay in the hotel is a bad and worse experience for us comparing the high charges there compared to nearby John Towers.

We took two rooms. The rooms were very neat. Particularly the bath rooms were spotless. Got hot water 24/7 . The shower pressure was also good. Morning breakfast spread was also reasonably good. Enjoyed the stay though the rent was on the higher side.

I have been staying at Bluemoon at different occasions for the last year and a half and I have a comfortable stay everytime. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast menu is good. Room service for lunch and dinner gets delayed at times but you have good restaurants nearby as alternative

Very bad service and rooms.very bad place.never ever go there.bala and therr team havd no commitments to the customers.real cheaters are them.we will never Recommend this hotel to anyone.so we will never go there . Never ever go tjere anymore

The hotel is clean and neat. Very comfortable to stay. The staffs are supportive. Equipped with basic gym equipments and its good. Complementary breakfast has good South Indian cuisine options to choose. Immediate attentions been provided.

Good & spacious room. Well maintained. Clean bath rooms. Good & tasty food with personal care Bed spreads , quilt & pillows are clean good quality. Well behaved staff . Nice booking experience and good response during telecom. Check out was very quick and effective.

Everything went well from pillow to stay. Morning breakfast provided was good, with less salt. Reception was excellent. Staff all were very polite and respectful. I reached the hotel around 2.30 morning, still the reception was very very cooperative
