Kipi Suites

The crew was so nice and helpful. It is a small hotel and we got a very nice and big room with fireplace and grate view. It was off silent so we where almost alone. Breakfast was great so rich and delicious and they just wanted to satisfy us.a great experience

Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Kipi Suites was far from what was advertised online. The website describes a boutique experience with a restaurant, bar, library, and various amenities, but in reality, none of these were available. No restaurant or bar – The only dining option is breakfast in the serving room, and there’s no restaurant or lounge space to relax in. If you want a meal, you have to drive to the village and back, which defeats the purpose of staying at a scenic retreat. The only "bar" is a mini bar in the room, which is not what you expect from a 4-star property. The menu is still in the rooms, but the bar does not exist. Why does the site claim "Kipi Suites offers a lounge where guests can enjoy wines and whiskeys from the wide selection of the cava"? Housekeeping and cleanliness issues – Beds were straightened but not properly made daily (photos attached), the room was not thoroughly cleaned before arrival (I found a used makeup brush on the table), and overall, the upkeep felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Room maintenance problems – A flickering light persisted despite staff checking it, and the general condition of the space didn’t reflect the level of service expected from a 4-star stay. This was a disappointing experience, and it ruined our anniversary. If the hotel were upfront about what’s actually available, expectations could be managed and I wouldn't have booked, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it unless updates are made to reflect the real offering.

We stayed for two nights in Kipoi suites. The room is very big, but a bit peculiar. There is a wooden stage surrounding the bed that one can easily bump into, especially during the night. The bathroom is painted black, which makes is quite dark. The breakfast was good. The outdoor is very nice with a lovely view. The room is pricey and not worth it.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights in Kipi Suites. Despite we informed the property on our arrival time, when we reached the place was absolutely desert. We had to wait for almost an hour for someone to show up. Nobody was answering our permanent calls either. The reception area has no decoration, only two dirty sofas. While searching for someone we walked into some opened rooms. They smelled of humidity and mould and had mould in bathrooms. The whole situation was unwelcoming, and rather shocking considering the property claims 4*. After an hour of waiting we decided to call Aristi Mountain Resort and book our stay with them. They were extremely helpful in this emergency situation, found rooms for us and made our holiday very special. Kipi Suites, and Aria Hotels they belong to, never admitted any mistake and kept the whole amount for the stay (almost 1000EUR), despite we didnt use their services for a single second, nor had a single breakfast there. Partial cancelation fee would be understanding but keeping the whole amount seems rather a way to make money no matter what. Overall, our experience with Kipi Suites and Aria Hotel Group was very unpleasant and we try to avoid their properties in the future.
