Not great for the price I paid, but there was a bed and a bathroom so it met the need for a one night stay.

The room smelt like cigarettes. The tub didn’t drain. There was a black ring on the floor around the toilet. Ceiling fan was broke. Ants in the room. Walls were separating. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Floor was not cleaned. Ac blew out a bunch of dust when we turned it on.

It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175 for one night that we didn't even sleep there. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The continential breakfast is just 1 or 2 bagels and one or two pre packaged muffins, and a coffee machine. No spreads for bagels. Nothing else at all.

Unsure of where to start..the lady at the desk ensured me that no one was over my head in the upstairs room because I work over night as a nurse, that was wrong around 8:30pm sound like someone was coming through the room, next there were no small towels, that seemed to be a huge inconvenience me asking for towels to wash my face or shower, next the shower was so filthy, watee pressure was super low, it took 1t mins for the water to get hot, i turned it off to run outside, when i turned it back on the timer had to start all over again the water was ice cold after turning it off for 2 minutes to run outside,hair on the shower wall, bottom of the tub was black on the outside, the door didn't close to the bathroom, it seems as if it was kicked in, the hallway had hanging stuff from the roof leaking, there was a pool table no balls, and the sofa was severally run down, I went to grab a spoon they had 5 old bagels in the bin and a crushed chocolate muffin I believe that was the continental breakfast they advertised, the pool had no water but the rain water, overall I can honestly say my dog at home have a better living quarters than the two days I was subjected too...I checked out early I had enough, I spent the rest of the night in my car until work..please save your money and your time

No amenities. Only 1 closet hanger. No water, no vending machines. Noisy back entrance near my room constantly slamming due to absence of spring restraints. Rain water pouring down onto head and bags from leaky gutters over entrance. Door frame and threshold rotting and moldy from water damage. Evidence of water leak damage in hallway ceilings. Dirty carpeting throughout corridors and stairways. Extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink and shower. Rust and mineral stains on shower heads. Ironing board fabric cover covered with stains and sticky substance (couldn't use). Property and building appears poorly maintained and structurally weak in places.

We will not be staying at this motel again. We chose the accommodations because it was dog friendly, but after paying online we were charged another $35 per night for the dog. Upon check in. When we booked through ******* and paid it was what we thought was the final cost. First night the TV didn’t.work properly and staff had to come in to reprogram. Then around 11pm the smoke detector started chirping. Had to get dressed go down to the offices for help. Again staff had to come into our room to replace batteries in the detector. Last night around 10pm it sounded as if they were remodeling the rooms above us. The banging, shuffling, foot steps and voices continued for hours. We DO NOT recommend this establishment if it is up front cost and a restful stay are your intentions..

So sad to see the disrepair of a once lovely motel while the owners live in a million dollar castle. I'm old enough to remember when it was the Winnisquam House.

Room was old and dirty actually the entire building is old smelled and rooms are small bed was not comfortable I didn't feel safe at all. People were outside my room window all night being loud any throwing things at the building . I wouldn't recommend staying there and I'll not stay again the staff at the front desk was rude as well not a pleasant place to stay for $100 plus a night
