Posadas del Castillo del Titicaca

I had the opportunity to stay at this brilliant accommodation. The views are incredible and the environment is very tranquil. Christian, the owner who built this castle is a gentleman, kind and interesting person. I was on a bicycle tour and pretty much without a place to sleep late in the evening when I knocked on the door at this place. Understanding that I was on a limited budget this time, the owner Christian without a second thought offered a nice room and food to help me out in the situation. On top of it he arranged a tour of the castle and spent time with me answering several questions that I had for him out of curiosity. I would definitely go back and spend a longer time here with my family. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful, the walks and the nearby beaches are very calming and tranquil, sunrise views are amazing and the food is great. I would highly recommend this place to people who like to spend some quality and peaceful time at the shores of lake Titicaca away from the noise and pollution.
