Hotel D Elegantes

Its comical how bad this hotel is. When I arrived the desk clerk gave me & room with only ONE bed when I reserved a room with TWO. It took a really heated argument with that guy just to get him to fix the situation. He spoke English very will & couldn't understand that I wasn't a guy with a very different name than the one on my passport or a random guy off the street who didn't have a reservation. I've never had to argue so hard with someone to get the room I reserved. That was just the start of the roughest night I've ever spent in a hotel. The staff is constantly in the hallways with their loud walkie-talkies all night. When other room doors open or close it shook our door like someone was trying to break into the room, this is unsettling. On top of all that multiple night clubs in the area shook the hotel til 6am. JUST STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There is no way this hotel gets repeat visitors, only newbies that don't know better but I hope this review helps you not stay here.

Las habitaciones huelen muy mal,no tienen el espacio adecuado y los colchones estan en muy MAL ESTADO.La verdad fue una experiencia bastante desagradable para todos,punto aparte los huespedes son muy ruidosos.

Pasaron días sin que atendieran algo tan básico como proveernos de shampoo, jabón y toallas pese a haberlo pedido en más de una ocasión. Dos de los recepcionistas con muy mala actitud. El televisor y los servicios con fallas recurrentes. De verdad mal por todos lados.
