I recently stayed at this lavende hotel with my family, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the excellent service provided by the staff stood out. The crew members were not only polite and friendly but also highly professional and communicative, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the lobby to our room. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene, which added to our comfort during the stay. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We truly had a great time spending the night at this hotel. It was a memorable experience for my family, and we all appreciated the warm hospitality and the serene, clean environment. 超讚的酒店！！！！昨天因為感覺不太舒服，前台的趙成龍先生主動提出是否需要更換房間，我想已經住了半天了就算了吧，等晚上他下班之後，我向其他工作人員講述的時候，其他工作人員説，趙成龍先生已經在下班後把客人的需要與潛在需求告訴晚班工作人員了！非常非常敬業的趙成龍先生👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍能與客户“共情”及時判斷出客户的潛在需求是一個高端專業前台工作人員的最高標準，非常非常佩服趙先生！就沖這點，下次我出差或者旅遊，依舊會選擇麗楓酒店！真的特別特別贊！其實我在入住麗楓之前剛剛退掉另一家酒店，就是因為前台特別不通情理！特別特別感謝趙成龍先生，也非常感謝前台所有的工作人員，謝謝大家，感恩🙏 在我心裏發光的麗楓酒店😇😇😇😇 環境特別滿意

設施：攜程上看了好幾家麗楓酒店，這家酒店有點失望，屋內比較臟，進屋異味比較大，地下全是污漬，花灑是壞的，杯子上明顯的污漬。 衞生：比較臟 環境：高德地圖都沒有記錄的酒店，交通也不是特別方便，攜程上顯示下地鐵走500多米，實際上要走1.2公里，而且在又臟有破的小區裏的一家快捷酒店，比較失望，下次應該不會選擇。 服務：晚上回來説再要一個被子或者毯子，都沒有了，要香皂也沒有。

房間很好很大，收拾的乾乾淨淨，地理位置也特別好，旁邊就是濱江路，步行十分鐘就到了！關鍵前台小哥哥賊帥，小姐姐也好看，服務超級周到，樓道打掃的阿姨特別熱情。隔音有一點點，但幸虧隔壁沒有情侶💑，總體來説很棒nice！
