Nice and comfortable boutique feel hotel with Ai Technology. Near Railway station in front of Century Clock. Room includes breakfast with reasonably good spread. When you asked for room service expect delivery by a cute Chinese speaking robot 😍。Counter service is excellent in particular front officer manager Doris, who has been patient, friendly and helpful. We asked for room checkout extension and has been accommodated easily. Pleasant stay!

Pros: Location is excellent, right next to the Tianjin Station and nearby tourist attractions. Hotel rooms begin from 47 and above. Breakfast, gym and laundry locate on the top floor, 51st floor. Free parking at basement 3. Rooms come with a great river view overlooking the city. Rooms look relatively clean and contemporary, bedsheets and towels are all clean and changed daily. Cons: The hotel allows guests to smoke in the hallway and in bedrooms. Cigarette smoke kept coming in through the door and possibly the ventilation when someone was smoking regularly in the hallway. Especially the lift waiting area was horribly strong, clothes and hair were all covered in cigarette smoke. Small hotel, guest rooms are between 47/50, the lifts have to go from the check in lobby at first floor all the way up til 51, therefore extremely slow lifts, especially during this time of the year, Chinese new year holidays where the hotel is packed, late check-in due to the cleaners were too busy to get all the rooms cleaned up for guests to check in and get the room cards on time, breakfast buffet ran out of dining space at peak hours, guests had to queue outside the hallway. All communal areas are small, e.g the waiting areas and the toilets at the lobby. Very tiny gym, could fit maximum 5-6 people at the same time. Recommend to book this hotel during the off peak seasons, not a hotel for big families.

Great location and excellent service. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Thanks to the front desk staff, particularly Barry and Doris, we had an enjoyable stay. They were friendly and helpful. If not for Barry who helped us with our IT and payment issues, we would not have been able to book our transfer service to chengde and admission tickets to forbidden city in beijing. The staff really went the extra mile to support us in our needs. They were most kind, knowledgeable and savvy with the online system and how to get around Tianjin.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Totally impressed with the service and breakfast selection is very good too. Value for money and the view from the hotel is amazing.

The hotel location is perfect which is right next to railway station and Hai He. shopping Center is nearby as well. Facilities are maintained very well and service is good.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk from the Tianjin Station. It is located beside the river and the rooms are clean, new and huge. The breakfast buffet is also delicious.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to the railstation and the rooms are from level 44 till 51 and therefore always a nice view over the city. Good breakfast with european and asian food For roomservice no menu could be found in the room.

The room of the hotel is very spacious, the breakfast is also very rich, the floor is high and the night view is good, and you can also see the eyes of Tianjin. Geographical location is also very convenient, Doris opened an e-ticket, convenient and quick business trip is a good choice.
