A useful stop over, unfortunately not the cleanest but adequate. Helpful staff and good amenities.

Hotel location is ideal Leicester centre and good for stop over. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the room cleanliness is very poor. Amenities and equipment is zero. No iron, no fridge etc . Kettle is dirty, pillows and bedsheets dirty.

Very dirty rooms noise road staff not there

Absolutely terrible. We booked a twin room, but we were told that this was not available. The room and bathroom had not been cleaned properly...even the cups still had stains on them. When I read the review it mentioned views of the countryside...but outside of the property is littered with black bins bags of rubbish and old bits of furniture. Absolute disgrace.

Lovely views overlooking farmland and fields from hotel windows. An overall pleasant peaceful place to stay.

This is an old Travelodge so the internal layout and style of the rooms is as expected. Location is good (for me) and if you are travelling North there is a cafe 1-1/2 mile up the A46.

I understand you get what you pay for but even so as you walk in to the hotel you are hit by a horrible damp musty smell.The walls and carpets are filthy I tried to complain by ringing customer service as the front desk is mostly unmanned but they couldn’t even find me on there system even when I provided my name and the customer number they provided me as I was working nights when I stayed there I ended up just putting the phone down as customer service were just beating around the bush I wouldn’t stay here again the bed mattress just sinks and offers no support.

Convenient place and their drink/snack machines a little over priced but overall for the price we paid it was good

It was a very terrible experience and I wouldn’t advice anyone to stay there. Customer service was horrible. Everything thing about the hotel was distasteful

Overall, I had a good stay. Very comfortable clean room and bathroom The bed was 1st class but two big issues for me. There was no air-conditioning or even a fan . That made a difference because the weather was hot. Secondly no restaurant or bar, although thete is one next door but only Asian food so i had to drive about 15 minutes into town to buy food

It’s a motel. It does what it’s meant to do and no more. Gives you a place to sleep when traveling. No complaints
