Americas Best Value Inn & Suites- Three Rivers

I stayed at America’s Best Value Inn in Three Rivers, Michigan recently, and honestly, I had a really good experience. The best part was how quiet and peaceful the place was—I slept so well! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in really easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, working AC, and clean bathroom. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the mini-fridge, which came in handy. The room had everything I needed for a short stay. If I had to suggest something to improve, maybe the furniture and decor could use a little refresh, but that’s a small thing considering how well everything else went. Overall, for the price I paid, it was totally worth it, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

I always try to find the positive, but I couldn’t at this place. It was loud. Our first night, there was loud music next door. I called the front desk and that was taken care of. At five in the morning, a young man mopped the hallway, all the while talking and laughing loudly with someone on a call. Our dog went nuts. On Friday night, a patron had a long Tele-conversation with his family from the ice machine nook - right across from our room. His voice echoed and we couldn’t sleep. The shower curtain had stains and mold. The deadbolt didn’t work on the door, and the pillows and towels were absolute garbage - things I would have thrown away. We went to Meijers and bought pillows. I’ve stayed at this place several times in the past, but was very disappointed this time. And I still haven’t received my $50 deposit back.
