Riverside Cabins

Just finished our 3 night stay for some Snow fun, I dont like to write bad reviews because it can be very damaging for business, however it is a good thing for people to know what they are choosing. Cabin 36 is horrible. Its the middle of winter and The heating didn't work,so they provided us with noisy small heaters. The sofas were almost broken, the fridge froze our fresh produce, there was no-where to dry our Jackets and gear that was wet from the snow... we had it all packed in front of the tiny portable heaters... But... the worst part was a constant noise all night long. Sounded like something in the pipes??? But louder and more clunking!!! My son and I didn't sleep well for 3 nights, we had Passes for the mountain each day... we didn't end up going on the final day because of lack of sleep- from the clunking sound. Thredbo Management dismissed me and told me they didn't hear anything so that's it. The cabin ****** and Thredbo Management doesntgive a S**tThe view was the only good thing about the cabin.
