We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans. Only 30 minutes from downtown Moab. All 10 of our rental house are rated 5 star with about 200 reviews. Our 2 and 3 bedroom units are about half the price of a motel room in Moab. Peace and quiet is not for everyone. About half of the population love air pollution and bumper to bumper traffic. We appeal to the other half of the population that goes on vacation to unwind. We're not close to Wal-mart or clubs and bars. Located in a quiet ghost town 35 minutes north of down town Moab, 30 miles from entrance to Arches National Park, and turn off to Canyonlands National Park. Very nice, 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Ideal for the outdoor persons who like to bicycle for many miles and leave from the front door, perfect also if you have ATVS. There are hundreds of miles of back country ATV trails that can be accessed from the front door.
