The property is reasonably good. The management of this hotel needs to take care of little things like ensuring hot water supply, making available a cup of tea in the morning - not at 8 0'clock. If the guest spends an hour to an hour and half on these small things what one is expected to say)

Stayed for a night during Thiruvilwamala temple visit .Good ambiance, Comfortable stay . Clean rooms ,spacious parking and cordial staff. Situated close to Thiruvilwamala temple ,this hotel is best suited for those visiting temple . From vadakkanchery appox 25 km and approximately 35 kms from palakkad

We reached to find the place almost empty with no lights, under construction, lift not working, stinking corridors and the room filled with dust. The linen had stains and within five minutes of entering the room all of us had rashes. With our 2 year old there was no way we could stay in the place. We moved out within 20 minutes of check in. Really disappointed would never ever go back.

Stayed at royal residency park and attended a wedding. Stay was fine, the rooms were clean, location was convenient and the restaurant also served fresh food, although service was a bit slow
