Best hotel in Thimpu with great food and excellent staff….they prepare Indian food as well…..location is accessible to all the nearby monuments and also the owner of the hotel is very generous…..so whenever you are in thimpu you should stay there

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Access Suites. Well-designed room, bright, and spotlessly clean. A special note for the comfortable bed and linens! Large, spotless bathroom with high-quality amenities and fluffy towels. Great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, with a nice mix of local and Western dishes. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We'll definitely choose this hotel when returning to Thimphu.

This is the most comfortable and very good accommodation one can hope to stay in Thimphu . The facilities in the rooms are excellent . They have modern heating facilities for winter . The air conditioning system is excellent . The hospitality extended by the staff is of excellent quality. . The owner herself supervises everything. The common facilities are very good . The breakfast and dinner are of top quality . They offer Indian , continental and Mediterranean and local dishes . The hotel is specially good if you are travelling with a kid / toddler/ baby . They take care of the toddler’s need too .

Even arriving very late in the night at the hotel, we were received with warm hospitality and excellent service. The size and decor of the suites, their impeccable cleanliness was far above our expectations. During our entire stay, the staff were the most pleasant and courteous. All our requests for extra towels or a special dish were promptly attended to with a smile. Kudos to the ownership and their team! The one area they probably need further strengthening is their kitchen, so it can offer a wider range of dishes. what they offer is very good, but the range of choice is limited. But overall.... A 4 star hotel that gives a 7 star experience!

We stayed at Access Suites as part of our Bhutan tour with Access Tours. The owner, Chimi, was pleasant and very helpful with any questions during the booking and arranged huge rooms/suites for us. Every detail was worked out before arrival. The rooms were new, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The staff was friendly and was ready to help at all times. We loved our stay at Bhutan Tours!

We were welcomed to the new Access Suites since we’ve booked a 5D4N tour with Access Bhutan Tour. After a nice warm welcome tea, we were shown to our room which was so spacious and comfortable that we could have simply laid down and slept our days away. The bed was huge and pillows were soft, and the place was clean and attractive. The hotel is new and eco-friendly, and the room has all the amenities that we needed, so there were no complaints (and only compliments) there. But it’s really the services the stands out. The staff were attentive to our needs, helped us with putting on the local costumes, responded promptly to our requests. Best of all are the meals at the hotel restaurant. Since we stayed for 3nights, we had 7meals altogether where, and enjoyed every single one of them. In fact, the food was so much better, and more to the western tastes, than the buffet or traditional meals outside. Book a tour with Access to stay here for your trip, or simply book a room here yourself, you will undoubtedly enjoy your stay!

This was such a lovely stay for us! We had booked a tour with Access Bhutan and they had arranged for our hotel stays. The owner of the hotel, Chimi, was such a delight to chat with. My friend is diary intolerant and the restaurant staff prepared the food accordingly. So that I wouldn't miss out on the cheesy goodness, they prepared Chilli cheese separately for me which was a delight. The hotel is clean, modern, large and comfortable. The staff were helpful throughout including assisting us with adorning our kiras the right way and taking photos for us after. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Thimpu!

The place was superb. Room, executive suite, was so well equipped and huge. Staff was excellent, they customized the food as one of us wanted gluten-free food. The whole experience was great, will recommend to all. Thank you, must stay here to experience Bhutanese hospitality at its best.

Access suites is a new botique hotel. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. All run by the women who are courteous and sweet. They took care of us very well. Food was amazing. My first Bhutanese food was tried in this place and we totally loved it. We will visit it soon
