Nice city hotel well decorated and very modern . Rooms are little bit small but it’s ok if it’s just for couple of days . Bathroom it on another level , just perfect . Excellent location walking distance to main attractions. Staff always with a smile and helpful !! Surely will return on my next trip to Thessaloniki

We will NOT come back! We booked a 4 night stay online. We chose the best room available "Executive Suite". Since our flight landed past midnight, I emailed the hotel to make sure that their reception was open. No reply. I later emailed again to request a late checkout, stating that I'd be happy to pay if there is availability since our outbound flight was a midnight flight but again no reply. When we came in we got an Executive Suite but an accessible one. One that is configured for people with special needs. What that meant was that the bathroom facilities were lower, the sink was very low and hard to use for a person who stands and the absolute worse thing was a shower without a door so one could access it with an assistant or wheel chair. This also meant that every shower flooded the room. We were two people who had to use a shower and bathroom while walking in puddles. As we entered the room we requested an alternate. One was no not available. It is customary in other hotels to inform the customer when booking. For this experience we will not return and I caution you to save your good money and go elsewhere! I don't want a 'thank you for the feedback' nor an apology! Since you decline fixing it when we were there. If you, the hotel, truly want to stand behind your product then issue us a refund. Not credit as I won't be back to the area.

Dear readers, I have been traveling for more than 25 years and have seen many different hotels, rules and also policies. Unfortunately, Ermou Hotel No. 15 in Thessaloniki is by far the worst hotel I have been in contact with in terms of customer service. I accidentally booked the hotel for 2 nights while looking for my summer vacation. When I contacted the hotel by phone and in writing 5 days before arrival, they said sorry, we can‘t cancel the reservation. Not even my request to postpone the 2 days so that I can go on vacation for a week in the summer season was rejected on the phone without checking anything. I cannot and am unable to judge the rest of the hotel. But even if the hotel is great, it starts with the art of communication and the way you treat your customers and that, as already mentioned, is just disgraceful and a complete disaster. Conclusion: The hotel is absolutely not customer-oriented and is only interested in profit. It's a shame that you treat your customers like that. As a manager, I would be ashamed to receive such a review. Regards B.Hoffmann

This new hotel is very clean and modern with pleasing décor. It is situated close to the main city restaurant area. The room was a good size with plenty of accessible power points, desk to work at and USB charging from the wall which is a nice addition. Staff are very helpful I could not see that it has any parking so I would suggest taxi or public transport to get to it.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, 4-5min from Aristotelous square/Ladadika/Agora Modiano etc. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed at the Business room, which on site, the layout make it seemed smaller that 18m2. Both the room and the common spaces were clean. The decoration was simple, modern and the best thing of the room was the black bathroom. From the moment we got inside the room, the heat was very considerable, to the point of despite the windy weather outside (with 5 degrees temperature), we had the windows opened for hours to get things better. I assume that was the condition of this particular room which was at the end of the corridor and the sun was hitting it directly. The A/C central control was very difficult to use and we didn’t manage to success on changing the temperature. The breakfast buffet was decent with some great options like smoked salmon, 3 types of bougatsa, pastries..However, for a 5* hotel I would expect more variety and refills. We were going around 10 a.m. and many items were finished and weren’t getting refilled. So, the last day we asked for some smoked salmon in order we could try it at least once and the girl there has brought us some. Overall I think it is a nice choice if you don’t expect 5* amenities and I would select this again for a business trip.

No. 15 Ermou is located in one of the most central streets of the city. 5 star hotel offering absolutely all services in an impeccable way. The rooms offer all the modern conveniences, from the functional bathroom to the lighting for the night and the one filled with a wide variety of refrigerators. The ratio of offered quality and price is ideal.

Even before we arrived at the hotel I called to ask for taxi arrangements from the airport. Since we had never been to Greece before we were a bit nervous and they answered the phone and were quick to make the taxi pick up arrangements. They even called me back to double check the flight arrival time since I had accidentally given them the wrong information. So, arrival and pick up and delivery were smooth and no problems at all. Walking into the lobby reassured us we had made the right choice. Every employee we encountered during our two day stay were gracious, helpful and spoke very understandable English. This very new and modern hotel is small by some standards but every detail has been included. When you get up at night low lights come on to show the way to the bathroom. Complimentary water is provided each day; the additional breakfast is worth it if you enjoy a BIG buffet before heading out for the day. There area is very walkable to places to eat, shop , and of course the sea!! Don’t let the graffiti on most buildings make you feel uncomfortable, we have experienced it in Italy and now Greece. It seems to just be the thing to do, I don’t understand- it just is. We even walked back after dinner and had no problems. This is a great hotel in every way (we only had carry on luggage so space wasn’t a problem). Oh! The huge black marble shower with several options for water jets was another bonus!! When we come back this is where we will stay!!

The location is as good as it gets. walking distance to must of the che things a visitor can wish for. great breakfast, great service. Every little detail was taken care of even without asking and Everything about this hotel is top class.

The No 15 Ermou hotel offers a great base for a city trip to Thessaloniki. It's at walking distance from various museums (the Jewish museum is particularly close), shops and the statue of Eleftherios Venizelos (from which day trips organised by local tour operators often depart). There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms in the hotel are reasonably priced. I particularly appreciated the bottles of mineral water which were provided on a daily basis (free of charge). Additionally, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel also has a gym and sauna (which I didn't use and therefore can't review). All in all, I can certainly recommend staying at this hotel!
