This was an excellent hotel. The location was superb in terms of a central location, not far from the waterfront. Despite being central it was quiet and we were not disturbed by noise at night. Fantastic bathroom by Greek standards! The room was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The only small criticism being that the room lacked storage space. There were no drawers at all. Just two open shelves and 3 hangers provided. We did get a few more hangers provided on request from the very friendly and helpful staff on reception.

My familiy had the pleasure of staying at the Pillow Urban Stay for 5 days during our visit to Thessaloniki. The Hotel couldn’t be better situated. It’s right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. Excellent service with a Personal Touch. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and the housekeeping team maintained high standards. We will definitely be returning on my next trip to Thessaloniki!

Hotel is so well located, 2 minutes stroll from the white tower and within walking distance of Thessaloniki main sites, restaurants and bars. Staff gave us recommendations which was so helpful. Leo was especially helpful and pleasant however everyone had good public skills and spoke English very well. Housekeeping was exceptional, room was clean towels replaced every day. Room had all amenities,air con, fridge coffee maker, TV. We had a balcony big enough to sit out on but no views, we knew this beforehand. Hotel is minimalist but comfortable. However much we tried the shower always sprayed onto the bathroom foor, it's a design issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price for the facilities.

The room was very nice and sielant. All members of the team on the front desk were kind and very helpfull to me and to my wife. The hotel is in the center of the city. The hotel is connected by a deal with a very good parking place , which cost 13 euro per 24 hours.

Absolutely great location - walking distance to anything of interest - sea, center, just about everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit confusing to get to the hotel in the car - expect to make a couple of rounds - not the hotel 's fault, just the way the city is laid out. The hotel doesn't have a breakfast area - a breakfast box is delivered to the room. My recommendation is to forgo the hotel breakfast and look just behind the corner for a couple of good coffee shops with spanacopita and all. The hotel offers discount parking at the garage nearby. Highly recommend.

I was staying for the second time in Pillow Urban Stay and I was delighted by the hospitality and kindness of the staff. They are extremely kind and helpful, and they give the feeling of safety. The location is perfect, and the hygiene is on the highest level.

Wonderful hotel, top location, and lovely guys working at the reception! They have offered parking with a discount in close-by parking. Very convenient. You can walk in the city, bars, restaurants, and shops are 5 minutes from the hotel. Lovely atmosphere, All perfect we will come back!!
