Great location to the adult pools, family pools and rec ctrs. Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities.
Many restaurants and shopping locations easily accessible via golf cart or car. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet, and use of Yamaha gas golf cart. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai.
Free guest passes to use the many close pools and recreation centers (will need names of guest, dob and address one week prior to rental period), optional golf passes (fee). 1 bedroom with king bed, also equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. Come experience the glorious amenities and life-style The Villages has to offer. Truly is an Oasis like no other.
