It was far from everything .. front desk staff was nice as was the concierge .. the big pool was out of order and the gym was good

For a hotel that appears to be a luxury ****** hotel the customer service is awful. Staff are very unfriendly, unhelpful, and unsympathetic. You can use the infinity pool on weekends for free if you are not a guest, so I would recommend not staying in the hotel and just enjoying the pool and ******.

Il Piatto our favourite restaurant at ****** food great wine selection ok abit expensive overall compared to other Fine Dining restaurants in Darwin. Reception staff need abit more life and friendlyness more personality.

Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless ******** and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

Don't look any further for the Best place to stay in Darwin....This resort is paradise..the rooms are clean ,large and air con is great . the pool is just breath taking so big with a great swim up bar with food and amazing sunset views .all staff are very friendly and helpful ...can't not fault this resort you come home very relaxed .

Great pools but renovation was going on next to my room and down the hallway so was a bit noise apart from that enjoyed my stay

It was a lovely stay. Will be booking a room with Pool View next time.

位置非常好，面西看達爾文最美落日與晚霞，設施齊全，**、意餐、中餐，泳池……，前台服務熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，面對瀉湖泳池，室內面積也夠大。 缺點就是從房間進衞生間的門太厚重，每次進出會自動關閉，麻煩而且關門瞬間聲音很大。 結賬的時候才知道迷你吧裏面的礦泉水是收費的，但是housekeeping和檢查迷你吧的服務生進房間的時候都説是免費的，結果結賬的時候四瓶收24澳幣，懶得再跟前台講理論，感覺也是見人下菜碟，好説話的人就收錢。 訂房最好不要含早餐，因為含早衹能選幾種固定餐食（見圖）飲料衹能選黑咖啡和英式紅茶，千萬要注意喝水的杯子，有一次杯子就根本沒洗乾淨，裏面還有別人吃剩下的殘渣。餐廳服務員大多佛系，忙忙碌碌但是丟三落四，點的全麥麪包，上來的卻是白麪包，答應更換以後就在沒下文了，自己衹能自認倒黴惺惺離去，這也算是達爾文最好的酒店啦。每晚4-5千人民幣 但是跟國內同價格的酒店比起來還是服務就查好多，酒店設施也老舊了一點。

在達爾文，這算是很舒服的酒店了
