大島親子天花板。 5歲以上可以託管 kids club的面積也比Auberge大很多 5歲以下小朋友可以在大人陪同下玩耍 並且在酒店任何餐廳用餐免費。kings pond裏有3000種魚 水面平靜 安全 非常適合小朋友浮潛🤿 美中不足的一是房間多 人很多 服務不太到位 效率比國內差遠了 每天早餐要排隊等待領位 咖啡一般是快吃完飯才能上桌； 二是沙灘質量也一般 衹有中間一小部分適合散步 和拉奈四季的差遠了，但也完勝auberge完全下不去腳的沙灘。 總得來説算是大島比較好的酒店了

Four Seasons Hualalai is an idyllic place to enjoy perfect weather, beautiful scenery and excellent service. This was our third visit and it did not disappoint. The room categories can be a bit confusing online, so it's best to call and speak with a reservations agent. We were flexible on timing, and she worked with us to identify a room that met our preferences and a timeframe that worked. Service is top notch from the moment you arrive, and are seated comfortably in the lobby with some refreshments while they check you in, then whisked to your room via golf cart. Every staff person you encounter walking around the property greets you with an aloha. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, with a large lanai or patio. We did have a couple of technical issues with the hot water and one channel on the TV, but they were very responsive in working on them, and comped our dinner one evening as an apology. There are four different pools, each with their own vibe and lunch menu. One is an adult pool with swim-up bar, one is a quiet pool, one is for families/kids, and then there is King's Pond, where you can snorkel with fish and the resident manta ray, or enjoy the infinity pool. There are also lounges along the beach. The beach is fairly rocky, not the best for swimming (though there is one area protected by a breakwater), bring water shoes if you have them. There are little "surprise and delight" moments throughout the day where they bring treats (frozen grapes, popsicles, etc) or offer to clean your sunglasses, and there are sunscreen dispensers at each pool. There's a surf shack where you can get ice cream and shave ice. There's also a little general store on the property where you can get snacks, souvenirs, and some breakfast/lunch items, as well as gas. There's a spa, gym, and golf course. Of the four restaurants, one is currently closed for remodeling, but instead they have put a pop-up restaurant outside next to King's Pond, which is lovely. We did go to dinner next door at Kona Village Resort for a change, but I think the food is better at Four Seasons. Reservations are essential, so it's best to plan a few days ahead, and have something booked for the first few nights before you arrive.

Not only did we have construction views and noise during our entire stay, the wedding had more issues and mistakes than any bride and groom should ever have. We picked the Four Seasons for the luxury experience and had the exact opposite. The number of issues we had are too long to list. They did refund $698 for the entire $150K+ event and stay. Obviously lots of small stuff that we wouldn’t have cared about at all had it not been 5 months of errors and difficulty! · Construction wasn't disclosed until the day our deposit went through. We immediately let them know if there was noise, we would not be able to stay. We were assured numerous times our rooms would not be impacted. But construction noise and multiple large machines were driving by 6 of the 10 days. We stayed in two different rooms (pre wedding and then honeymoon suite) and both rooms were affected by the construction. Finally, they told us actually construction would be happening on our wedding day (Saturday) even though we were told in June construction would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and our rooms would not be impacted. One of the mornings started at 7:27am. · Took 22 days for them to contact photographer and videographer to lock down dates (we ended up contacting most our vendors for them to save our dates after another bride gave us the heads up that was normal). · Wrong appetizer · Wrong display cake flavor · Wrong chairs (refunded $680) · Wrong charger plates (refunded $18) · Custom designed fans for the rehearsal dinner not set out and forgotten about · We were overcharged $11k+ during the "making deposits" process. We spent hours going through their accounting and pointed out the error...and then we were told we were incorrect. It took more emails to have them finally acknowledge the mistake and correct it. · We were told we'd have the final bill 'contractually two days after.' We hadn't received it by Tuesday, so we asked for it. We received it at 5:01pm on Friday night (6 days post event) and the credit card charged almost immediately. · A band was playing 100 yards from our reception which we weren't told about. It was discussed we'd have our own music and would have happily not planned for that had we known there'd be competing music. · The bar was opened before the ceremony even though we asked for it not to on several occasions, including day of the wedding reminding them we didn’t want alcohol served before the ceremony. · We were told open bottles of wine could be taken after events since we were charged for any that were opened. Yet we were also charged for an UNopened bottle that we never used and left upopened in the room to be returned. · They lost my custom bridal hanger and told me it wasn’t exactly where I asked them to look. After professional photos were done, they found it in the exact location I said it would be. I get so many of these are so insignificant but it never allow

My trip was for business, but what a locale for business meetings. The grounds, facilities and room were beautiful, clean and so comfortable. Had some of the best sleep ever in the 4 Seasons' ultra comfortable bed and pillows. Every member of the staff was so friendly, courteous and helpful. They made me feel as if I were a guest in one of their own homes. Even though my trip was for business, I was able to enjoy some down time at the pool, on the beach and in the relaxing spa. I look forward to returning for vacation.

Do not stay here for your honeymoon. Vibe is old and outdated, uncomfortable furniture inside and out, guests skew retirees and families with small kids. Property owners use all the facilities which leads to overcrowded restaurants and pools. We never were able to get a cabana at one of the pools. Food was average to good depending on the restaurant. Was served raw chicken at the sushi pop up, and given the wrong wine. Chicken was comped before they even set it down bc it took half an hour for a simple skewer. Watched a cockroach scurry by and under the table next to us. Always a wait to be seated for breakfast, which is either a buffet or a la carte items also on the buffet. Staff are lovely, but as a whole the feel is understaffed. Joanne at the spa was fantastic, however separately my husband’s experience at the spa was negative - there’s construction going on in the men’s area which they didn’t warn about when reserving so there were about 5 construction workers there and literally looked like a construction site. Not what you expect for a relaxing spa experience. They should have closed for the day. Leaving extremely disappointed, not at all what we have come to expect from a Four Seasons property.
