The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Beautiful facility, all staff was very pleasant. Andrew the tram driver was very friendly to us and helpful, always waving and smiling at us an others. Loved the dining choices. All food fabulous.

衞生：一定要提前24h發短訊告訴他們要清潔！ 設施：沒話説，娛樂就選這家就對了。大大小小泳池好幾個，還有熱水池、滑梯。與海洋連接的泳池裡各種熱帶魚，海龜等等。可以租遊玩設備，船、漿板、水上的床什麼的。 消費可以説房間號。 還有小火車（通勤船沒開通，小火車挺慢的） 週二週四週六早上有海豚表演，平時也可以超超近距離看到海豚（很多衹） 環境：特別漂亮，不論是自然景觀還是人造景觀。 服務：中規中矩。valet可以幫忙叫taxi，同樣如果需要去機場，提前24h和前台説，不是攜程標註的沒有這項服務。 吃飯： 除了中餐都能吃到。漢堡薯條披薩牛排等等。冰店的shave ice超級好吃，去游泳的話一定要點個shave ice點個披薩，爽歪歪。

房間都不打掃衞生，牙刷鞋子水壺啥也沒有，而且這個酒店我發現了很多我們國內的文物，多大嚇人，全部都是未保護的狀態，隨處可以觸碰也沒有標示不可觸碰的警示，除了我們國家的還有一些韓國的，看着又氣憤又陰森的感覺，晚一點回去走廊沒有燈我要嚇死掉，快步走，住了兩天趕緊回歐胡島住了，大島真的很偏僻，而且酒店沒什麼吃的，東西也難吃，不推薦不推薦，體驗感並不好，就去看了下火山山頭，建議不用去了，大島就是酒店於酒店之間的距離都特別遠，也不好打車，一定要租車或者包車一日遊就行了，不用專門為了看火山住在這裏，平時我真的很懶得評論，這次作為國人一定要評論一下講一講。

整個度假村氛圍非常好，可以看日落，也有鹽水湖，可以去浮潛，膚淺可以看到海龜，也可以看到很多很多魚熱帶魚，還有海豚，還有很大的游泳池度假氛圍超一流，就衹是我們的房間裏會有小飛蟲比較討厭，另外就是房子比較陳舊了，設施比較老

酒店很大，有單軌小火車12小時運行。度假村環境很好，各種遊樂設施齊全，還可以近距離接觸海豚，在海邊的小山坡上觀日落更是難得的享受。

酒店真的很大，也很美，海景非常美，酒店娛樂活動也很豐富。但是服務很一般，尤其是每天的客房清潔，都需要提前一天打電話給前台預約才行，不讓就沒有客房清潔，送東西也很久。房間也比較簡單。總之酒店很美，服務很一般。

房間面積真的很大，很乾凈，我的女兒很喜歡這裏，因為有超級大的泳池～ 酒店的面積非常大，建議住到makai房型，其他的都需要擺渡火車或船才可以抵達。酒店景色很棒，酒店之外的景色也很漂亮，不到兩公里有商圈，吃喝逛很方便～
