Alexandra Beach Spa Resort

Booked a deluxe Seaview room for 7 nights. Arrived to a Room with the sea in the far off distance over lots of roofs and behind lots of trees. Went to Reception and they offered to change the room the next day. We had already spent one day travelling and didn’t want to waste another morning re packing, and then unpacking again. Just why do Hotels do this, they must know that it was not a proper Seaview ? Hotel room was okay, but the Safety Deposit Box was at floor level in the back of a cupboard. It was key operated and very difficult to get to. They provided shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, vanity set, sewing kit and shower cap. The Shower however sprayed all over the bathroom floor over the glass. Again, advised Reception and this was put right. Bed very comfortable The main restaurant was spotlessly clean with very good service, however the food was almost always nearly cold. I guess that’s just their way ‍♀️. The selection was mediocre and we did struggle for Dinner choices once or twice. Breakfast choice was great. We went to the Taverna one day for Lunch, and very soon wished we hadn’t. There were clearly some Greek VIPs in there who were being attended by at least 5 people. We were left waving our hands around trying to get service. Our Main course arrived whilst we were still eating our Starters, so it was taken back. When it was returned to us about 10 minutes later, the plate edges were hot - ish, but the food was cold. Very disappointing. The bar Service was quite slow. The Poole areas were spotless and you could always find a Sun Lounger, however they were extremely uncomfortable. They were sagging in the middle and it was like lying on a wooden bar. However, the Pool Area is lovely, and spotlessly clean and the views are wonderful. You definitely need Beach Shoes but there are beaches fairly clse by that are Sandy and easier on your feet. Potos is about a 10 minute walk away and has some Bars/Tavernas and lots of Shops. Would I return to this Hotel? Not sure. It has a lot going for it and it is in a nice location with beautiful views and glorious Sunsets. They just need to sort out the niggles, and that could be done easily if this will is there.

A very nice hotel, located right next to the town of Potos, where there is a nice, sandy beach (10 minutes walk). The hotel grounds are very well-kept and clean. The hotel is located on a cliff, which adds to its charm. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, a small shop and a tavern. The food is brilliant. The rooms are clean. The hotel beach is rocky and pebble with free sun loungers, clean and well-kept. The entire hotel is surrounded by greenery and trees, which is very good during hot weather to be able to experience it in a pleasant way.

Lovely hotel, the ferry trip becomes part of the holiday. The hotel is faultless, all staff very accommodating. The local town is less than a 10 minute walk with plenty of restaurants, shops etc. Always beds around the pool and beach. Food is nice with good variety. views from the hotel are unbeatable especially as the sun is going down. Will be back. Dates haven't been released on Tui yet for next year but will be hoping to come back!

We enjoyed our stay during Easter holiday. There was lunch for Easter with live music. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel areas, good food in the restaurant. I love the smell of the fresh herbs in the gardens of the hotel. I was only disappointed that there is no kettle in the rooms.

Lovely hotel and location, loved sitting on the terrace looking out to sea and capturing the beautiful sunsets. Hotel is very clean, room was spotless, food was good. Great location for the kids to Snorkel, Potos is a 5 minute walk and. Supermarket up the road, plenty of souvenir shops, cafes and bars in Potos.

Perfect location on its own private beach. Tremendous views out over the Agean . Well kept gardens with local produce used in the menu. Immaculate clean rooms. Service of a high level. Great food and cocktails from the restaurant and bars plus an a la carte taverna on site. Easy 5 min walk into Potos.
