My wife simply sat on one of their chairs — a visibly worn-out and unstable chair — which immediately broke under her, without any sudden movement or misuse. Instead of acknowledging the poor condition of their furniture, the staff blamed us and demanded we pay for it. But it didn’t stop there. They charged us over €50 for a cheap chair, and when we calmly refused to pay for something that clearly wasn’t our fault, three staff members physically surrounded us, raised their voices, and acted in a threatening, intimidating manner. It felt like an ambush. We were coerced into paying under pressure, fearing the situation could escalate even further. It was one of the most frightening and humiliating experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel. There was no attempt to listen, no respect, no professionalism — just fear tactics and aggressive behavior. This place is completely mismanaged, and what happened to us is beyond unacceptable — it’s a matter of personal safety and basic human decency. I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel. There are plenty of places where guests are treated with respect. This is definitely not one of them."
