Compostela Inn

It was good for the price. City is beautiful and looks safe. Lot of places to eat, stores around. Minus for distance to Santiago centre - nothing is mentioned prior booking how to get by bus. Only by car. As we been from Camino Santiago, it was a bit uncomfortable to get there. Taxi costed 15€. Cleanness - was for the price, a bit sorry for torn out towel. Small disappoin**ent - pool. As I understand now, we should use for access, as it could be in big hotel opposite side of street. Amenities - great. Reception - great.

Nos pudieron en una habitación con litera, al final nos la cambiaron a una con 2 camas individuales al mismo nivel, la zona está en deterioro total, no es nada comparable con las fotos de la reserva. Esta dejado de la mano de Dios, son como chabolas de lata y ni siquiera hacen el mantenimiento. Había un cajero automático reventado, el hall estaba abandonado y ye atienden en el hotel Congreso, q nos informo un vehículo q pasaba x allí. Los extintores están oxidados y caducados, con los cual no tienen las medidas de seguridad mínimas. Las toallas estaban rotas y las mantas tamb... Fue bastante caótico.... Nos quedamos xq realmente no había otro alojamiento disponible... Estaba todo saturado. Deberían de avisar de la realidad para q la gente decida si quiere coger un alojamiento de esas características. En mi caso fui y compre todos los productos de limpieza y aseo y desinfecte toda la habitación puesto q iba a estar ahí noches. En fin. Mi valoración como podéis ver es súper negativa xq lo que nos venden en la web no es real. Está todos super deteriorado y repito sin medidas de seguridad establecidas x la ley.

Un lugar perdido en en Galicia...no venir...obsoleto....un bungalow de càmping....

ホテルは良かったのですが、特に休日はサンティアゴへ行くためのバスが数本しか通っていないので、サンティアゴへ行く方には不便だと思いました。

I will start off by saying this is a valid cheap option. There is a bus that goes to the city center but it is not frequent and run every 3-4 hours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As for the room itself, I understand why it is one star. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom floor was always wet due to what we discovered was leaking out of the base of the toilet.

The worst hotel I have stayed in, luckily we only stayed for one night. It looked like an abandoned container facility, the sheets looked like they had never been washed, the whole room smelled musty, the shower curtain was black with dirt, there was no internet, TV, fan, swimming pool .There was no 24 hour reception either, the reception was served by hotel Congreso .I do not recommend it to anyone !Better a little more money for something more humane

Son cajones metálicos adaptados, hay desatención, no hay aislamiento de ruidos y todo se escucha.

La atención del personal ha sido excelente, pero los bungalós dejan mucho que desear. Hay muy pocos enchufes, no hay tv
